Bella Nora Nail & Spa

Mixed review, I got the basic pedicure/manicure — for basic pedicure I give it 4 star but for basic manicure I give it 2 star — average the experience out to 3 star for the price. Wish I was given better change on my cash payment to tip accordingly but did not want to ask/prolong it so they got a better tip for not good mani. Asked for round, got square and the painting could have been ALOT better on manicure. People were friendly enough and it was relaxing atmosphere.

My daughter and I had the best experience today and we couldn't love our nails more. The ladies were so talented in hand-creating our designs and they turned out better than we imagined! We can't wait to go back again and again.

I’ve been going to Bella Nora for years and refuse to go anywhere else. Ny is my go-to and she is top notch! I showed her 2 pictures of nails I wanted combined into 1 manicure and she immediately knew what I was talking about and executed it even better than the photos! I’m always impressed by her attention to detail. For example, I requested gemstones on top of my chrome ombré French tip manicure and without me asking, she thought to put smaller sized gems on my pinky compared to my three middle fingers and even larger ones on my thumb. I also got a pedicure from another technician and I smudged both my pinky toes walking to the manicure station. They were more than happy to fix it without any complaint!

I finally found my nail place. I literally just left, and I LOVE my nails!!! I called this morning and made an appointment. I walked in and was greeted and shown where to sit. The place is clean and bright. Everyone was so nice. I asked for a Halloween theme and Huang listened and they turned out better than I hoped they would. He took his time which was nice. No rushing which I appreciated. I truly enjoyed my experience at Bella Nora and will definitely be back. Great place and reasonable prices. Wonderful service. I recommend them 100%

The salon is nice. Great customer service. I was serviced by Judy. She was very kind and friendly. However, the quality of the work wasn’t the best. The nails are very thick and not neat. I received nail dip and a pedicure. The pedicure was good. The polish for the pedicure is not neat. The nail dip is not even. It took multiple attempts to do the flower design. There are stains and ripples in the dip. It is not smooth at all. Maybe she used too many top coats. Her technique was rather sloppy. She was very very nice. Just not the best nail tech. Update: ** the salon owner reached out to attempt to resolve my concerns. That further shows they have awesome customer service. I would go here again just would use a different tech for dip. She did well on the pedicure. ***
