G-19 Nails

Had an appointment at 12:00pm the lady I made the appointment with wasn’t there so someone completely different did my nails. The lady that did my pedicure cut my toenails short after I told her not to when she asked. I got chrome but the application was so bad on my nails and feet I set an appointment somewhere else to get it done properly and my nail shape was a square when I arrived and left with them square round. Definitely won’t be back. I don’t understand opening a business then giving poor service.

This was the first time my little sister has been to the nail salon. This was the first time I have went to this nail salon she was really scared and shy. The lady that was doing her nails did the color she wanted but did not put a design on my little sisters nails like she asked. My sister was just happy I brought her with and I asked her if she liked them and she said yes. I knew she was upset but the lady had already put top coat on them so I was not trying to be inconvenient. She waited for me to get my nails done and she stared at the window, so I knew she was upset. When we got up to pay my little sister started crying because she wanted her Design I just comforted her and said it was OK And the nice nail tech named Sarah asked why she was crying and I explained to her that Design and Sarah didn’t even think twice and got her some stickers to put on her nails. This place was a great experience Even though we ran into some issues Sarah was able to accommodate the issue and fix it. Thank you, Sarah I will definitely be Going back in, and probably bringing my sister. Not to mention my nails, also look phenomenal

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars because 5 doesn’t seem like enough for this place!!! After going to several salons and having terrible experiences I found G-19 and have been going to them for over a year now (even moving 45 mins away I still make the drive once a month. The service is always amazing and the staff is FABULOUS at making sure I always leave happy with my results. Anytime anyone asks me where I go I always tell them it’s worth the drive for the price and service that can’t be beat!

I got my nails done not even a week ago and I already have two that have come off and another that’s lifting. Normally acrylics last me bare minimum 2 weeks. $65 for pink and white coffin shape since they don’t list their prices on nails either.

I absolutely love this place!! Chi Chi always makes sure that my nails look better than the inspo pictures I show her and always leave with a smile on my face! By far my favorite nail tech and nail salon ever!
