Q Spa - Nails

Been here several times for gel manicures, a couple pedicures. Very friendly couple run the place. They always use clean tools. My nails last about three weeks. Would recommend.

I had just had a gel manicure done with embellishments not even a week prior at home in FL & one nail was peeling. I had a wedding to attend & not alot of time or want to spend another $55! I called Q spa where I have been plenty of times over the past 10 years when I've been in town. I called & explained my situation, he said stop in & he'd take a look, I did & he said no problem so I made an appointment. After waiting, he came out & looked at my nails, I asked if he had this color, he said yes, but then realized I only wanted the one nail done then he became VERY rude, stood up and he kept saying NO they won't do only one nail even after I said I only come here when visiting my our my mom(walking distance) I said I'd come back next week for a mani & pedi He yelled & walked away from me. I left & called another local nail place & THANFULLY Jessica at Lexi nails took me in right away & did my nail matching it perfectly! I never would have found her if Q wasn't so greedy & rude. Today I called to book an appointment with her for for a mani & pedi. Now my mom & friends will go to her. She will get my business from now on a long with my referrals. NEVER say no to a customer no matter how little the job is, VERY DISAPPOINTED in Q😠 Being kind & not greedy gets you way more in life☺️✌️

Y’all, my guy was waiting for my appointment to finish & he was expecting a complaint from me. I’m very particular when it comes to my nails (color covers the entire nail, shape is consistent, no overlap color areas, etc.) Y’all I could not be happier. He tailored my nail experience to match my nail goals. I will spend all day at the salon to make sure it looks nice & he did a great job and so fast. I moved from the city & recently had a baby so I was looking for a new spa. I’ll be back. Y’all won’t regret the experience & the prices are fair.

team is very nice and place is very clean! However, I got dip and after 5 days it started to crack, chip, and the color was discolored. Not very happy with my service.

The prices are incredibly reasonable, making it easy to treat myself to regular manicures and pedicures. While you need to call ahead to make an appointment, they're always accommodating and do their best to fit you in.
