Jamie is absolutely the best! She gives hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life! She always takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. The salon itself is beautiful and they offer complimentary drinks. Everyone is always pleasant and the receptionist is always so sweet. Please check them out!

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, and I generally prefer to give businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, this experience was genuinely one of the worst I’ve had at ECLAT Nails, and unfortunately it will be my last. I have been to this salon a handful of times in the past, but I stopped going largely because I felt the pricing was high compared to nearby nail salons (with better service). I decided to give them another try today, and that decision ended up being my final straw. My hope in writing this review is to encourage customers to feel comfortable asking questions, especially about pricing, and to confirm the final cost multiple times before committing to a service. I came in today requesting a basic acrylic full set with a solid color. Before any work was done, I asked the nail tech how much it would cost, and she clearly stated that the full set would be 58 dollars. That price was established up front. During the service, a few things immediately felt off. The nail tech used a drill to remove my regular nail polish, which I had never experienced before, but I assumed it was simply her method. At one point, she also accidentally cut me with the drill. I told her it hurt, and while she briefly stopped the bleeding with her thumb, there was no apology and she continued the service. When it was time to check out, I was surprised to see my total was nearly 80 dollars. Confused, I looked through the pricing book to understand the breakdown since I had only received a basic full set that was originally quoted at 58 dollars. The nail tech seemed displeased that I was reviewing the pricing and asked if I was still there for a receipt, even though I had already paid. I calmly asked another employee why my service was so much more than the quoted price, and I was told it was probably because I had gel on previously. I explained that I did not have gel, only regular polish. At that point, the original nail tech approached me very rudely and asked, “What’s your problem?” I reiterated that I was told 58 dollars, yet charged nearly 80 dollars for a service I did not receive any add ons for. I want to be careful not to assume intent, but it became clear that the use of the drill was being used as justification to claim I had gel polish when I did not. So if you go make sure you don’t fall for that. Now that I am home, my fingers are throbbing in pain, something I have never experienced after a nail appointment. I see now that it is because she used multiple drills repeatedly on my natural nails, which explains the pain I am currently in. Throughout all of this, I never received an apology, neither for being cut nor for the confusion and rudeness surrounding the pricing. I remained cordial and polite despite being overwhelmed and uncomfortable, and I did let them know I would not be returning. This was a very painful, frustrating, and disappointing experience. I will not be coming back, and I strongly encourage customers to advocate for themselves, ask questions, and make sure pricing is clearly confirmed before any service begins.

I will neverrrrr go to this salon again the nails are terrible the shaping of these nails are absolutely terrible. They look like big teeth! 63$ down the drain and I tipped her. Mind you I had a conversation with her stating how I wanted my nails to be. Short with a square shaping, during the filing process I let her know I want them to not be sharp round them out. Im guessing she didn't understand what I meant by that. On top of that my nails began to burn I let her know she started laughing instead of putting a solution on to stop them from overheating. I mean just all out B.S and then they charge to much on top of that! I should have known something was not right when the man I checked out with. Said oh there is no refunds yeah never again. This is a honest review, this was my first time coming and will definitely be my last.

I can’t say enough good things about this salon. I’ve shown up during slow or busy times for walk in services & I’m always taken care of quickly. I have had multiple services with different techs and the consistency in talent of the staff never disappoints. The set in the photo was done by Tina but you could honestly sit with anyone and walk out with something you love. I’ve tried most of their pedicure options & the quality results speak for themselves. The salon is a bit further away & more expensive than other shops I’ve tried and I’ll happily make that drive and spend the extra dollar every time.

I have given this salon multiple chances, but my experience today was the last straw. During a simple manicure, the nail tech was extremely rough—I had to repeatedly tell her to stop because it was too hot or painful. She filed so hard on my pinky that it began to bleed, yet she continued filing with the same tool that now had blood on it. When I pointed it out, she just sprayed alcohol on it and insisted on applying gel polish over the open cut. When I brought this to Tina (the manager), instead of taking the situation seriously, she asked if I still wanted a massage while I had open cuts on my fingers. I had to explain several times that I did not want polish on an open wound, nor a massage with cuts. All I needed was a Band-Aid. To make matters worse, after leaving with two Band-Aids on my hand, I was almost charged full price for the service. At no point did anyone sincerely apologize or acknowledge how unsafe and unacceptable this was. This is not only unprofessional but also unsanitary, and I will not be returning.
