Jeffrey LaMorte Salon & Spa-Frankfort

I was hesitant to share because I really am not one to complain but I wanted to help any future brides or those with important events coming up. I went to Jeffrey LaMorte in September to get my nails done for my wedding. I could not do a trial since I am unable to have my nails done at all for my job so I thought going to a trusted place that had good reviews and name recognition would be a safe bet. I asked for a French manicure with chrome and showed multiple inspiration pictures. I left and went straight to another bridal appointment in tears because my nails were so uneven and bumpy. It made my fingers look abnormal and I was so sad knowing that my nails were going to be shown in all of my wedding pictures and I wasn’t sure if I would have time to have the fixed elsewhere before my spray tan (where soaking the nails off would’ve ruined the spray tan). Thankfully I found a different salon who took one look at my manicure and fit me into their schedule because they did not want me to walk down the aisle with my nails the way they were. I gave feedback and received a call from a salon manager who offered store credit to come back for any service which was nice but I had no interest in going back there at the time because I was so upset. I am attaching pictures of my nails when I went to Jeffrey LaMorte (the first three pictures) versus after the other salon went above and beyond and fixed them (the last picture). I hate to speak negatively of any service but this caused me so much stress (I know it sounds ridiculous) during an already stressful week. I can’t speak to their other services but I would do your research on the nail techs before making any appointments prior to any big event.

I just wanted to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to the Staff at Jeffrey LaMorte Salon for the hair and makeup. I was very impressed with how well they schedule 3 for hair and make-up and got us out in time for the Wedding. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. These ladies are incredible artist We loved everything about our hair & makeup and it lasted right until the end of the night, even after some pretty energetic dancing!!

I was looking for a new stylist and didn’t have much luck at other salons. My daughter came home with the most amazing highlights and she told me someone recommended Jeffrey LaMorte to her and particularly Cora as the stylist. Well, I found my stylist and she is simply fantastic! Cora listens & gives great recommendations. She truly took time to understand what I wanted & my hair results with highlights, cut & style are gorgeous! I was disappointed with other salons that were pricier & highly recommended but had disappointing results. Cora really came through & is so professional & truly has a talent. The salon itself has a professional & accommodating staff plus it’s very nice inside with excellent products & other services! I’m so happy with Cora’s detail and as someone who lived in the city, the quality of stylists is like my previous downtown Chicago salon without the city prices. This will be my go to salon and finally found my stylist!

Today was my first visit - I was very impressed! Angela did a fantastic job layering my hair into an adorable shag cut! I appreciated how careful she was to give me the style that I envisioned. I highly recommend Angela!!

I have an amazing experience every time I’m here. Cora is my hair stylist who ALWAYS does such an amazing job. I was here last week for a balayage and cut and left speechless!! She knew exactly what I wanted and brought so much dimension and brightness into my hair! 10/10 would recommend!!!! She’s the best
