Nu Nails

Nu Nails is the salon I go to whenever I need my nails done. Diana is great to work with and she always takes whatever inspiration I come with and makes it fit me. I have never had a bad experience here. They set up appointments and are usually on time and perfect. Thanks for always making sure my nails are perfect!!!!!!! Not only do I love the gel x sets I have gotten, they even have a soft builder option for natural nails. This is so strong and the retention is always at least a month!!!!

First time here and won’t be returning. I walked in yesterday afternoon at 12:30pm and asked if they took walk-in’s and the guy said “depending on staffing and what you want to get done” and I told him just a simple no chip manicure and pedicure….. and I was there for two hours, and my nails look like a child painted them in a rush. I left so unsatisfied for $100!!!! So insane. One nail has chipped already (next day) and while I was there I told her if she could please clean it up and she said she would at the end, she did not. My line of work is very hands on and can only have short nails, she asked if I wanted tips and I said no and she made a face when she looked at my nails. I felt immediately uncomfortable. I rarely have days off and the one time I wanted to do something nice for myself I got this as a result. Extremely upsetting.

Diana is absolutely amazing! She is so talented, gentle, and always makes my appointments such a pleasant experience. I love how detail-oriented she is, ensuring my nails look perfect every time. She introduced me to the soft builder gel option, and I’ve been obsessed with it for the past three visits—it’s been a game changer for the strength and look of my nails (especially working in dental). If you’re looking for a skilled and genuinely kind nail technician, I highly recommend Diana!

Did a walk in as a new client needing a Dip manicure. The girl at the front seemed to have an attitude, ignored her & sat with a nice gentleman for my manicure. Everything seemed fine but once I took a closer look, it’s the messiest job I’ve ever had done. I really wanted to like the place since it’s close to home but I won’t be back.
