2025-10-15Was supposed to be a simple fill but customer service was lacking. He made me feel bad about still wanting a design on my nails and argued colors with me. Last time the lady I had was patient and worked with me. This time I feel like I couldn't get everything I wanted with the guy who did them. More like I was an annoying customer he just wanted to have go away. Just bad customer service. My nails also appear to be sharper this time. Which I don't really like them being sharp. Then they reached out to have me call them but they never answered their phone. Was upsetting.

2025-07-30This place is amazing!! They were super punctual, respectful, and professional. My friend and I walked in with no appointment right when they opened and we were taken right away. My artist Kevin was amazing and incredibly fast while being very detailed. Would go again!
