Omg best salon EVER! Went for my first time today (on a Saturday morning)… there was no wait time and Mr. Q did an AMAZING JOB!! Such a quick service, he picked the perfect color for me based off of what I wanted and my nails look awesome. Cant wait to come back

I got my nails done by Tom and they turned out super cute! He was really accommodating when I asked for a few adjustments, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was great—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I arrived at this nail salon near closing time so I was expecting to be told I couldn’t be seen. The man that greeted me was very kind and said yes of course they had time for a pedicure. The first thing I noticed is that all the staff was really happy to be there and smiling. I was offered a drink and was happy to wait until someone was available. Then they did a fantastic job on the pedicure. I even got a little design on my big toe that turned out so cute! Best pedicure I’ve had in Charleston. I will definitely come back. Staff was the best I’ve ever seen!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tom is truly a nail artist! Every single time I leave his chair, my nails are flawless. The shape is always sharp and perfect, the designs are creative and beautifully executed, and he pays so much attention to detail. He listens to exactly what I want, but also adds his own magic touch that takes it to the next level. My nails last, look amazing, and I constantly get compliments thanks to his work. If you want someone who is consistent, talented, and passionate about what they do… Tom is your guy! The best place I've been … they were very clean and they did a great job on my pedicure and great mimosas ! ❤️

UPDATE #3: Clearly, you all don’t understand how your system works. Of course, the payment was processed the following day. I’ve attached a picture with the date, June 20th, for reference since you’re wrong. Ultimately, your nail technician failed to perform her duties properly. The infection occurred a few days after the pedicure, and I remained oblivious until it worsened to the point where I required medical attention. I reported this 3/4 weeks ago to inform others about the potential risks associated with visiting this establishment. Like I stated before I NEVER dealt with Paronychia before until I came here for a pedicure this is the first time I ever got an infection from a nail salon. This nail salon and management are both terrible because you’re not taking this seriously. FYI I did not wait 30 days to let ya’ll know! I left my original review on July 7th and kept updating others to let it be known! Be blessed and GOODBYE. UPDATE #2: I didn’t call about the infection (Paronychia) because clearly ya’ll couldn’t do anything so why waste my time to call? And this infection came from ya’ll salon I was there June 20th, 2025. (Updated pictures below of transaction that came out on June 21st, 2025 using my debit card and I use a gift card as well that day) I was there around 11:40 AM on June 20th, 2025. Either the girl that did my pedicure need to be train again because clearly the tools weren’t clean or she was Aggressive with cuticle trimming that cause this. I NEVER had this before until I came to ya’ll. UPDATE: I went to my Dr to get my toe check and it’s Paronychia which is an infection, I was prescribed an ointment to put on it and unfortunately it’s still hurting to this day! I have pictures below as proof. I never experienced anything like this at a nail salon! So disappointing, I have to wait to get a pedicure again since this been over a month now and still very painful. Original Review July 7th, 2025: I thought I like this place until I got an infection/fungus on my big toe I never experienced this at my original nail salon. And I’m pretty disappointed because this place use tools that weren’t sterilized properly unfortunately.
