SUGAR POLISH NAIL BAR CROSSVILLE

Could not have asked for a better first impression! I took my mom out to get our nails done and was not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the staff was attentive and polite. The staff doing our nails were so nice and really listened to what we wanted and made some great recommendations. The quality of work was great and they checked on us several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The pedicure was so relaxing and I really loved the way my nail design came out. It was simple and exactly what I wanted. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was classy and comfortable. My usual place was closed on Mondays but not sure I'll be going back there after today. I'll be returning to Sugar Polish from now on.

I went to get sns with design. I asked if they could do the 2nd picture I attached they said yes. My technician was supposed to use the silver sns powder and just tap it onto the red but instead he used sparkle nail polish, which came out horrible. I tried to say something, but he wouldn’t change or understand me. I will not be going back here again. Also told him that my nails were very sensitive and he ended up cutting my pinky. 12-4-25 Update: The owner reached out to me and wanted to go ahead and redo my nails. I went back today and he did an amazing job so I have changed my review. And I will be going back there. I posted the new pictures with the candy, cane, and beautiful bow Below.

Seriously the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. I’ve lived in Roswell almost all my life and have tried nearly every nail salon and Sugar Polish consistently exceeds my expectations. The staff is so sweet and genuinely so talented. I regularly get like crazy long acrylics with really intricate designs and they do it perfectly every time.

I can’t stop coming here since the day of grand opening! The salon is beautiful, bright, and clean. The staff are incredibly sweet, professional, and welcoming. Everyone is extremely accommodating. It is a relaxing experience. Lina did an amazing job on my full set gel-x manicure. She flawlessly executed what I wanted. The pedicure was very relaxing and great as well. The manager is kind and immediately greets you upon entering the shop. He also checks in to see if everything is going well with your service. I would highly recommend Sugar Polish if you are in the area.

I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon! Liam did an amazing job – he was professional, detailed, and made me feel very comfortable. The salon is new, clean, and beautifully maintained. Everyone here is very polite and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅😊
