PL Nails

Today was my first time here. What a nice team. Hannah helped me and she was extremely attentive. She makes me want to come back every day. Had a pedicure. The best I have ever had. Hannah 💕💕💕is the best. 6 stars.

UNSANITARY. Very upset with this visit. When I first walked in, I noticed it was dirty, that should’ve been my first sign to trust my gut and leave. I came for an eyebrow wax and they sat me in a dirty corner in a chair. The lady who was Providing my service went and washed her hands for less than 10 seconds, then coughed in her hand and did not use gloves while performing my wax. Her whole hand was touching my forehead, and both hands were touching all over the top half of my face, which was very Upsetting and unsanitary. Worst of all, she used hand sanitizer to disinfect my eyebrows after service on a cotton ball. when I got to my car, I noticed Hair was still under one of my eyebrows, so I went back in to have her fix it, she then continues to just use a tweezer which was aggravating because I could’ve done that at home. This was my first eyebrow wax in a few years, a very horrible experience to come back to. This place needs to use better, wax supplies, and strips, and improve on cleanliness and sanitary Practice. EDIT: How can you tell me that she used oil on my eyebrows when I specifically saw a hand sanitizer bottle and watched her squeeze it? It was hand sanitizer.

Walked in for a pedicure and was asked what service I would need. They said it would be a 10 minute wait. In the process of me waiting 2 gentlemen walk in and asked for a specific tech and were told she would be available at 5. They come and sit down and 5 minutes after are seated in a chair before me and serviced when I was there first. Walked out, won’t be back. All the 5 star reviews on here also seem to be fake. Every review that was done by a real person states the service is poor, which is more accurate

Amazing experience everytime I get my nails done by Will. All the staff is incredible. They have so many great services and pampering essentials. Girl run don’t walk to get your nails done . They are very Clean and Courteous . I love the hot stones definitely helps with neuropathy and blood flow circulation in the legs a feet if your like me . Update They Did My Christmas Set Amazing Run Don’t walk to This Nail Salon. My 4th time Coming and I have never had an issue.

Consistent and fair pricing. They don't charge for every single thing and the guys have no fear on getting to those in growns. All the techs are friendly and they don't speak in an obnoxious manner or in a way to make it comfortable to patronize their establishment.
