Overcharged for Basic Services – Beware I had a horrible experience here recently. I used to come because they had the cheapest color changes in the city and usually did a decent job. Today, I decided to get a full set and a pedicure. I even called in advance to confirm prices — they told me $50 for a full set and $35 for a basic pedicure. I went in planning to keep things simple and within budget. Once there, the tech told me he was going to cut some dead skin off my nail — I said okay — but he never told me it would cost extra. I asked for square nails (which is the default shape for fake nails) and was shocked to be charged extra for that. Charging extra for stiletto or custom shapes makes sense, but square? That’s ridiculous, and it should have been disclosed. The pedicure water was cold, skin is still peeling off my toes, and my toes have been sore for days. My total ended up being $100 because they also charged me to remove polish from my toes — something most people expect to be included in a pedicure, especially when it’s just regular polish, not gel. If I was going to spend $100, I would have gone somewhere that offered an actual luxury experience. Instead, I got upcharged for basic services without warning. I won’t be coming back.

Lynn was such a sweetheart and everyone was so friendly here! I've tried other places in town but these guys were the most friendly, communicated well and respected my time, and accommodated me. I love my designs!

This is only my second time coming here, but I absolutely love it. I’ve had Vin do my nails both times and he does an amazing job. All of the staff are super friendly, and the place is really clean. I truly recommend this place to anybody looking to get their nails done close by!

First time at this salon, and I definitely will be coming back! The artists were super friendly, the people around me were returning clients, it was clean, and I had fast but detailed service. They have a very welcoming and lively environment. I don't know the artist's name that did my nails but she was on the younger side. She was attentive, supportive of the length, style, and color that I wanted, and was just a sweet person. She did great!!

When I say top tier! 1st the diamond 2 set me up with the crew over on Maple. I told them my issue with not being happy with my nails from a previous tech and they even recommend the better alternative for my 13 yr old. Got to work fast fixing my issue and treated my little one with care. Great service and flawless nails 💅
