This was my first time to this salon, and they were VERY busy on a Sunday afternoon, but they had me seated for my pedicure right away. It was probably 20 minutes before anyone was able to come start, but I didn't mind using the massage chair while I waited. The woman who did my pedicure was AMAZING. She was VERY thorough and detail oriented, which I greatly appreciate. Probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had. HOWEVER, after she finished, I was sent to another station and tech for my manicure....which was.... just....not good. My nails are bumpy with uneven layers of polish that is already cracking (photo was about 2 hrs after my service). I would not return based on the manicure alone, but I will 1000% be going back for pedicures with this specific tech. I did not get her name but she was so fantastic I am leaving a 4 star review despite the manicure you see in the pic.

Love love love this place to get my nails done I have been going here for around a year and they have great service and I have sent multiple friends here to also get their nails done and they have all been happy with the results, I think in some of these photos you can definitely see that the nail salon has also improved as the older ones aren’t as cute as the new ones. I do usually get something similar or the same thing so these might not show many variations but overall I love this nail salon and will continue to go back.

My bad experience….. I came in to get Emily to do a cat eye on my nails…. She was off ( which I should have waited on her) and the owner ( lady) said anyone can do a cat eye. So I believed her. Well, long story short this guy took nail polish off 4 times and it was a most terrible experience!!! Furthermore they even made me pay!! ( I sat there for 2 hours) while he was trying to figure out how to do a cat eye. He even ask another girl to come do it!! 😡 So, he & the mgr. told me to come back tomorrow when Emily was here, after this wreck of my day then having to schedule the next day to go back again ! So here I am the next day, jabbing into my schedule I didn’t prepare for!! I think they should refund my money and compensate for my time and hassle!! It’s just not right!! But these people are money hungry and blame everything on customers! and they really think the customers are wrong?! Insane!!! 😡 Not to mention I stayed at the Salon over 2 hrs. while they all were trying to learn to do a cat eye on my nails!! Simply frustrated!! This happened 12/17/2025 Oh let me share what happened today when I went back to get my awful looking nails done 12/18/2025 Well, the owner told me to be there at 10:30 on the 17th Thurs. so I was there! waiting on Emily…. I waited for 1 hour for her to get done. 🤯 So finally when I sat down in Emily’s chair she fixed everything from the day before. Also I told her bf she ever started I WAS NOT PAYING AGAIN!!! so when she finished I told her Ty, and I walked out! Well Emily & the owner ran me down the sidewalk wanting money??? Are you serious!!! I told Emily I said I wasn’t paying again!! But that owner was screaming at me outside on the sidewalk like an idiot!! This whole situation was unnecessary and I should have been compensated dearly!!! No questions. But feeling bad for Emily I gave her $20.00 extra. This whole experience will never happen again, I tell you that!!! I’ll call the police and get things straightened out! I have spread this story all around Seven Hills, Bentwater, Brookstone, & the Governor’s club! Everyone is taken back by this, and what they done to me! I’m sharing this episode all over social media!! Things like this does not need to happen to anyone!!

I have been going to Tina for years. She knows exactly what I like and does the best designs. Recently started going to Emily for pedicures and it is delightful. I love this nail salon.

Always a great place for nails and toes! The salon is very clean and the staff and owners are very friendly and nice. I have difficult nails but Eva does them so they stay on me. Thi does a great job on pedicures and makes my big feet look so feminine. Everyone that I have ever used there does a great job. I love going here because they make you feel so welcome and I leave feeling so good about my appearance.
