Cloud 9 Nail Salon

They did my nails 10/12, today is 10/18 and this is how my nails look. I paid $137 without tip for hands and my toes. I did tip $10 each as well. My nails are now horrendous and they did not last 1 week!!!! They are breaking by the day. My thumb’s nail broke 3 days after doing the nails. Would not recommend. My toes look great and the girl with the nose piercing did an amazing job.

I went to get my nails done with my grandma a few weeks ago since she always comes here, and the guy that was working on my nails (not the owner) was drying off my hands after i washed them and slammed into my pinky nail, causing my real nail to rip off of my nail bed. I wouldn't have left a review if it wasn't THIS bad... I understand messing up and ripping it up just a little, oh well, but when i move the fake nail my real nail under my cuticle moves. I hope i can add a video to show how bad it is... They did offer me to come back and get the nail redone when it was healed but i don't think I'm going to be able to because my nail isn't on my nail bed at all, it's just still under my skin where my cuticle is so i can't take it off or anything, the guy doing my nails also didn't do my cuticals for some reason 1 is a , they didn't even cut the price down and my grandma gave them a 15 dollar tip before she saw how bad it was.... However i freaking ADORE the nails. They do wonderful designs and stuff but every time I've gone, I've gotten hurt (so around 3 maybe 4 times) definitely won't go again but i appreciate the wonderful nail art they do! (Update around 6 days after that review) I ended up spending around 2 hours while hanging out with friends filing the fake nail down because i had to see what it looked like. My nail is almost completely white from not being attached to my nail bed, every time i lift it up my critical moves and my nail lifts all the way up to where you can see under it... It's so freaky

So I’ve been coming to this salon for about 4 months and I love it I really do! I am very picky about my nail shape and summer does a great job and always makes time for me Aria is the best at pedicures because sage takes her time to get out tough in grown toenails and makes your feet look super pretty Being from the city I feel that this salon has the best to offer for this area however I’m not used to certain things I have been to tons of salons all over Georgia and this is the first salon to charge for shape and length even for a fill in Their full ins are at $40 however mine are $65 minimum due to my length and shape without colour or nothing This is not advertised Also my nails aren’t even that long compared to where I’m from?? The clientele is a lot of short square nail and round square French manicures I assumed mine would be the same $40 because I come and get my nails done every 2 weeks by the same person and I would obviously pay for any length added or a different shape but for a normal fill in being extra …. It’s unheard of I prefer this shop because it’s the best in the city

My experience at Cloud 9 could not have been better! My stylist, Bunny, put so much care and eloquence into every step of my pedicure. She tailored the massage to my desired pressure and did not rush through the painting process. It was the perfect way to recover from a long week and the end result is stunning!
