10/10 manicure! Best manicure I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to MANY salons all over the us. I got really wonderful back massage as well and a paraffin hand treatment. Highly recommend - Lisa was my tech and she was great. Pedi was also great, but the added services for the kateye spa manicure I got was just super special

Wonderful experience! I had a reference picture and Tanya nailed it! She gave me the shape I wanted and made sure each nail was even. Then I had a lovely pedicure from Katie. Felt so relaxing and my feet feel so soft now! The vibe was calming and comfortable, I never felt pressured and everyone was nice! Was a great time and will absolutely come back!

I came in for a manicure and the service was quick, and the nails looked good overall. But my technician, Kate, came across as a bit rude and impatient. At one point she even said, “In America we don’t do xxxxx ” which felt unnecessary since I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. I tipped 20% before leaving, even though the experience wasn’t 100% pleasant. When I got to the parking lot, I noticed the tips of my nails looked messy from my angle. So I went back in and asked her to fix them. She kept insisting there was nothing wrong. I don’t know if it was because she had already received the tip or what, but she wouldn’t admit there was an issue. After I insisted, she finally trimmed them a bit more, and they immediately looked much better, which tells me she definitely knew how to fix it, just didn’t what to admit it from the first place. The salon is fast and convenient, but I really wish the customer service had been more respectful and open to feedback.

Brian did my Gel X nails and he was amazing! He made sure every nail looks perfect. The shape, the finish, and the overall look came out so clean and beautiful. I’m really happy with the results and definitely recommend him :)

I've been going to kitchen nail bar (Coleman) - specifically for Joyce, to get my nails done for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that she's a true artist. Her attention to detail, commitment to quality, and eye for design are unmatched, literally top tier. She never turns down a single design that I bring in and either matches the inspo pic exactly or makes the final design even better - today she even custom mixed two of the colors on my nails (ring finger and pointer finger). Tell me that's not above and beyond. On top of that she's also one of the kindest people I've ever met and genuinely cares about her clients.
