I had such a great experience at Elite Nails! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and my nails turned out absolutely perfect. The attention to detail was amazing — they really took their time to make sure everything looked flawless. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has a really nice vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to all my friends! Holly did my nails (gel x) and Kathy did my pedicure. Thank you, ladies!

This was my go-to place for basic french tip pedicures which I was always happy with. However, every time I've been there for my fingernails it has been dissapointing, today was by far the worst experience. I walked in with nails I got from another place which I loved. I asked for a fill only and multiple times asked the technician if I could keep the same/original design to which she said yes. My thought was that they didnt need to fully file all off my shells and glitter and that theyd just fill in my new growth. Well when she started filing I saw she was removing everything , basically stripping my nails and then at that point I had no choice but to ride with it. I picked a new color palette and asked for the same design. I asked her multiple times if she could do the seashell with builder gel to which she said yes. Throughout the whole process of doing my nails I had to keep telling her "No thats too big of a piece" or "thats too silver" or "that doesnt look similar at all to my initial nails". I definitely did not feel i could trust her work. I had to simplify the design because it just wasnt working out and it was clearly beyond the skillset of the nail tech. My biggest conplaints are: -WHY did they remove my design instead of just filling my nails? -WHY did they say they could do it when they clearly could not? When it came time to pay i explained the situation to the owner. I even showed him pics of the nails I walked in with so he could see it wasnt even remotely close to what I was now leaving with. What came out of that was NO accountability and them still charging full price for a job very poorly done. I understand artistic interpretation is different person to person, but I expected the skill level to be there especially having asked if they COULD before they even started working on my nails. See images of the set I walked in with (with some growth not pictured as this was right after getting them done) to what I walked out with, nails with huge pieces of shells and no builder gel shell design. If I hadnt guided the tech to cut the seashell pieces smaller and remove the poorly made builder gel seashell, my nails would have looked worse than what they do in the picture.

I booked an appointment online Sunday morning for 1 hr later. There is a parking lot in the front and the back. The salon was pleasantly busy and clean I arrived and was asked what I wanted to get done, they did not check if I had an appointment and I was seated immediately. While I was there, someone arrived early for their appointment and had to wait a bit, and two people came as walkins and waited also. I came for gel removal and to get regular polish. It was very cheap, $16 total. My gels were also halfway grown out. However, after getting the new polish, one of my nails chipped the next day after normal usage, and another nail chipped the day after. My nails were also not filed smooth, and I had to request the technician to do additional filing to remove a particularly sharp edge. Even then, the edges were still rough and I had to smooth them down more at home. I do not think my nails were capped. Polish application is also not smooth, there are some bumps and bubbles I would come back here for removal since it is so cheap, but would not get new applications here. I can do a better job at home

I walk in feeling like a troll, I leave looking & feeling like a princess! Every time I go in i'm always met with warm and kind smile. I'm always happy with my services and designs. Highly recommend for my fellow nail girls. It’s my first time here at elite nails 2 and I’m amazed!! Please ask for Holly if you want nail arts and design because she’s so talented and dedicated!! She tried her best to give me the shape/design in the picture and did a great job! The last picture is what I wanted and the first three unfiltered pictures are what I got. Two weeks later they’re still pretty and sturdy. I had a nail refill and art design.
