I always have a great experience with Mia! The time I didn’t get my nails done by her(green set), I called the salon & explained why I wasn’t satisfied with my nails. They gladly invited me to come back in ASAP @ my earliest convenience to get them redone(went the next day after I called). I requested Mia for the fix & haven’t asked for anyone else either, since!! Everyone here is great overall & they definitely thrive to achieve customer satisfaction one way or another!!

I got my nails done here to go to the Emmys last week. They did an awesome job, the woman was amazing and fun! I had a bunch of people comment on my nails at the show! I will come back here again. Oh and the remodel looks great, very cute inside.

Regrettably, my recent experience at Beauty Lounge was exceptionally poor. I was there with a friend for his birthday and we both had horrible experiences. It appears that a significant portion of the regular staff has been absent. The manager’s demeanor was both unfriendly and dismissive. Despite having been a loyal customer for seven years, this is the first time I have encountered such a negative experience. On that particular day, I encountered a series of unfortunate events, including a subpar manicure and pedicure. It was a truly peculiar day, and the overall experience was disappointing. As a follow-up, I discovered that upon returning home, I had inadvertently knocked off the nail polish from my toenail while wearing their flip-flops. Despite the nail techs previous assurance that my nails were dry and I could leave without consequence, this oversight resulted in a messy situation. Additionally, I noticed that the staff no longer introduces themselves and do not engage in conversations.

Philip did a great job on my pedicure. I got the deluxe. The polish has lasted over one week and my feet still feel incredibly soft. He was kind and funny. The other staff were helpful and attentive too. We had champagne so that made it more expensive than I anticipated but it was worth it. I appreciated the excellent customer service and friendliness and good atmosphere. And high quality workmanship. I highly recommend.

I was referred to this place by my coworker, and I haven’t stopped coming in since! Tracy is my usual nail artist queen and she gets me and my style. She is amazing and listens to what I want. She’s fast and great at what she does! I posted some photos of her work. She is truly amazing and very nice! I also get pedicures done here too. The whole staff is great and they offer water and wine.. so not bad! Come check out this gem!
