Q-Nails

My daughter was in town on Sunday and we went to get our nails done. I had been to “Q” a couple of times and really liked it, so we went. They are not open Sundays, which I didn’t know, but Helen and 1 other lady were there. They were extremely nice and took care of us while their children played. That was above and beyond customer service. We love our nails and so appreciated their willingness to stay on their day off and help us!!!

I had one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had at this salon. I asked four separate times for a proper soak-off, and even the tech doing my toes told the male nail tech that I wanted a soak-off and he STILL ignored us. Instead of soaking anything, he started ripping my acrylic nails off using another nail, which is extremely painful and completely unsafe. I was on my phone and didn’t realize how bad it was until I looked down and saw blood on my nail. That’s when I immediately told him to stop, and I refused to let him continue. No professional should ever get a client to the point of bleeding because they refused to listen. My nails were left raw, thin, overworked, and damaged. And even after all of that, they still tried to charge me for the take-off. It wasn’t until I showed them the bleeding and the condition of my nails that they decided not to charge me — which honestly should’ve been the bare minimum. This place operates like a chop shop. They don’t listen, they don’t care about client safety, and they clearly don’t know how to remove nails properly. I will not be returning, and I absolutely would not recommend anyone trust their natural nails here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.They made us feel very special and offered us something to drink as well.It was a very relaxing experience.They were super accommodating to fit both my daughter and myself in for a pedicure and manicure each. They are also willing to fix your nails if you were not happy or if it didn't last the way it should have.I will go back to them again and I can highly recommend them.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and professional! Quick check in process and they are very personable! Annie is amazing! She’s been doing my nails for quite a few years! Very clean and they really have a great selection of colors for gel and acrylic!

I have come here a couple and times and every time i have a really good experience. Especially after being turned away from other salons. This most recent visit i had terrible brain fog and came in even though they were closed. Tiffany, has been very nice and said she was able to do it anyway. i tried to keep the design very simple as i was very appreciative of even being able to get done. i live about 30-45 minutes away but they’re kindness especially with tiffany was definitely worth it. very happy nails:)
