Kitchen Nail Bar - Sunnyvale

We made an appointment for three pedicures and ended up adding two manicures last minute — they were very accommodating! Several technicians helped us, including Kim, Jessica, and Mai, and they were all lovely. They made sure we were comfortable with everything — from the water temperature to the nail color and even the line on my French tip. Kim helped me personally and was such a sweetheart — she even put my heels back on after my pedicure. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Thanks, ladies! 💅✨

Sooo I have always been skeptical about trusting people with my nails but I have been here three times and every time scheduled with nail tech NHU. (I got pedis and gel manicures) Pictures below are as follows: natural square nail, first visit French tip. Second visit French ombré I broke my nail myself and returned for third visit pink chrome. All I can say is, I trust her and the service she provides and plan on continuing to going back.

This was my second appointment at kitchen nail bar - Sunnyvale. I booked with Lynda again, but this time I just came with ideas not exactly a plan for my nails. Lynda helped me decide what to do with my nails according to the inspo photos I showed her. She killed it!!! I am obsessed with these nails & I know pictures don’t even do them justice (since they are cat eye). They are amazing though and I will be back for sure! I went on a Sunday afternoon, which was nice because it was a lot less busy than Friday after work. 10/10 always a great experience at this location!

I made an appointment and clearly communicated that I wanted an overlay done on my nails — both when booking and again during the service. That didn’t happen, but I still paid $115 and left once completed. The next day, I called to explain the issue, and they told me to come in at 11:30 to fix it. When I arrived, I once again explained exactly what I needed, but the technician proceeded to do the same thing as before. After removing the polish, she told me she couldn’t even do overlays. During the service, she was extremely rough — she bruised me during the hand massage, broke one of my nails because she was so aggressive, and the final result had all different lengths. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one was available. I asked to stop the service and get a refund, and they refused. Overall, this was an awful experience — unprofessional, painful, and a complete waste of time and money.

Unbelievable!! My legs and most importantly my feet and toes are on cloud 9 with hot pink accents! I was so lucky to have walked by when they opened because this amazing place requires appointments. So I was blown away with the quality of services, friendly and helpful staff and ALL the perks of their business! Must must MUST TRY! A tad pricey but worth every penny! Kim gave me the best pedicure I've ever had! ( And that's saying a lot)
