Elegance Nails and Spa

First photo is under white light & the second is normal flash photo. I visited this place in mountain view for the first time and my experience was very good. I usually get acrylic nails but this time Mia suggested to go for Gel X nails since my nails were pretty brittle & weak! She was way too sweet in understanding what I wanted & made me comfortable. I also got pedicure done & that was pretty decent too. Mia was kind enough to take her time in doing my nails & even stayed late. Truly appreciate her! Recommend the place 10/10!!

Love this place, they have all kinds of nail colors, chrome, cat eye gel, so many options to play with!! My girl Lynn is amazing! Highly recommend! They're also very honest about what you need and don't and what's worth it or not.

We visited Elegance nail & spa as part of a work wellness event and it has now become my new favourite to get my nails done. To start, they have great options for both manicure & pedicure services and quite reasonable prices. I fell in love with the colour options where they have amazing basic & gel options and the normal colours also come with acrylic versions, which was great! I ended up getting a lemon deluxe pedicure, Emily was great and the entire session was super relaxing and beautiful! Decided on a cat eye gel nail colour which Emily recommended and it was sooo pretty! At the end of it feeling super pampered and happy, the pedicure & the massage was amazing and with perfect pressure. Loved the paraffin wax treatment and a bit of hot stone massage, all thanks to Emily! The bonus is their amazing massage chairs, so it’s a bang for the buck and a must visit place for your nails.

I decided to try this nail salon because the location was convenient and the reviews were good. The plaza where this salon is located has ample parking, which is not always available at other places I've been. The salon is gorgeous, very clean, with cute decor and nail color displays. The massage chairs are super comfortable, and the service when you walk in is warm and friendly. I waited less than a minute before someone walked over to seat me. The pedicure is amazing for the price! I got the lemon deluxe gel pedi and had a wonderfully attentive nail technician. I think I have my new go-to nail salon! Extremely happy with the service provided.

They overcharge. I paid $179.00 for two gel color changes, which is unreasonable. My main issue was that the technician who assisted me did not know how to do a basic French tip, even after I provided a photo. For the price they charge, they should at least be able to deliver the service correctly. Even though I had a bad experience with Elegance Nails, I still recommend trying Elegant Nails on Mary Avenue, located in the same parking lot. They are much more experienced, provide better service, and do not overcharge. If you go, ask for Daniel — you won’t be disappointed.
