Pisces Nail Studio

I visited this salon about a year ago and really liked my nails, so I said I’d return whenever I had a nail art design I wanted to recreate. I made an appointment last month with Angel, and we decided to do Gel-X after discussing nail length. During the appointment, I was a bit unsure about the design, so as a technician, I expected her professional input and suggestions, which are usually part of the service. However, she wasn’t very forthcoming and seemed rushed and uninterested in my experience. The part that truly upset me was when she visibly showed her frustration to the point that I had to address it directly. Afterward, I reached out to the manager, who said he would check the camera footage and get back to me, but I never heard back. The next day, I followed up asking for a refund or at least the removal of the set. Instead, I was told, “It doesn’t work like that,” and that he didn’t want to “disturb his employee,” so I’d have to wait until Monday, which is a terrible response for customer service. Weeks later, I reached out again to request the removal (which Angel herself had said would be complimentary) and to follow up on my original complaint. I still didn’t receive any update or apology. Instead, the manager accused me of “taking advantage of their service” and told me they would no longer accommodate me, then blocked me. To make things worse, about five days after the appointment, part of my nail chipped. The quality has clearly declined since my first visit. Customers are being rushed in and out, and the experience no longer feels valued or cared for. I even tipped the technician out of kindness despite the poor experience, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. If you live far away, or even near, it’s no longer worth the trip. The quality, professionalism, and respect for customers have gone downhill.

Nail set was done by Angel 😇 She absolutely slayed this set! The attention to detail was amazing. This was my first time getting a designer set like this. I’ve always stuck to solid colors, but now I’m never going back! I actually met a girl at Tesla, fell in love with her nails, and she referred me here. So glad she did. Since I film food content, my hands are always in the frame and now I get to show off these nails every time I eat! Can’t wait for my next appointment.🥰

I’ve been going to Pisces Nail Studio for almost 2 years now and I am never disappointed with all the designs Amy, Tania, or Sophie helps bring to life. They are all so talented and offer such great customer service. There was a time when a nail of mine broke off during bowling and they’re willing to fix it with no cost at all.

Thank you to Amy!! I’ve never seen my daughter come out of nail salon being so happy and thrilled to show me her nails. Amy did exactly what my daughter wanted, no questions asked. My daughter showed her a picture of exactly how she wanted her nails to be done. Amy took that picture and literally duplicated the same design. Picture perfect onto my daughter’s nails. With the quality and perfection of the nail work that Amy provided, the price was right for the end result. My daughter has now found the nail artist she has been wanting for years. Thank you again Amy, and I hope all of you try Amy. You will not be disappointed.
