Luxe Nails

1st time visiting this nail salon & I definitely will not be returning. My gel pedicure experience was good, Sandy provided a good service. However, my gel manicure experience was disappointing. Diane started by removing my old gel polish with the filing drill, at 1st I thought she'd remove the top layer and then soak--as it should be--I was wrong. She filed all the polish off leaving the nails so incredibly thin and fragile. The service felt so forced, like doing the bare minimum was asking for too much. When Diane was "cutting my cuticles" she failed to use any cuticle softener, I could feel the tugging & pulling of my skin and she would only go in on the edges, it felt like a very lazy approach. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with the manner in with my nails were being treated that I decided to cut the service before she applied polish. I left with NO cuticles cut, despite the step being "completed" & with some of my old polish still visibly there, but I paid the price of a complete manicure...

I had a great experience here! My tech Mia absolutely killed it even with my whacky and kind of hard design! She took her time making sure each nail was exactly how I wanted and was super kind!

I love coming to Luxe. The salon is very clean and the staff is professional and friendly. I've been seeing Mia for my nails for a few months now. Mia always does the best nails. She's so sweet and friendly. I appreciate that I can show her a reference photo and she just knows exactly what I want. Overall, I highly recommend Luxe if you're looking for a nail salon that does quality work and the staff is all top tier.

This place used to be good. I have been going for over a year and a half here. They fired a bunch of good nail techs and now they are short staffed and they over book appointments. They left my disabled mom sitting for 40 minutes alone when we both had appointments together. Then when I said something the owner said they could sit her now but they wouldn't do a good job. They didn't even remove all her previous gel, just painted over it and didn't even do the cat eye polish she asked for. Then the owner acted like I was in the wrong. 2 other clients were sat before my mom even though they had later appointments. They know us, they know my mom is disabled and can't talk after a stroke last year. They ignored me and her and now we have to go to another nail salon and fix what they did to my mom's nails. She was so excited to get something special for her 50 year reunion next week and now she just has ugly glitter polish painted over old grown out gel. This place is overpriced and all they do is rush every customer. You wait at least 30 minutes even with appointments and they don't care about the clients anymore. Do not go here. Find any other salon. This place is just going downhill.

I mean.... let's be honest here.... who don't like this place right? Is one of the most professional and satisfying places to go get your nails 💅 done .... friendly staff and welcoming 😊 the place is stunning clean ✨️👌🏻 you feel very comfortable here... trust me this place worth every dollar 💰 and the work they do in your nails 💅🌟 is amazing 👏🏻
