Sunrise Nails & Day Spa

I rarely do this, however consumer alert!! I had my nails done on Saturday 12/23. On 12/26, they looked like the pictures. I went back today and they told me it was my fault- I must have done something to them and wouldn’t credit me anything and basically told me if I wanted my nails redone- it would be full price. Do Not Go to this nail salon. Located in shopping center with the Applebees. I understand mistakes happen but to blame me as the customer for their mistake is ridiculous. The owner is rude and doesn’t seem to care about doing the right thing for her customers.

Amazing staff! Tech was fast and did exactly what I wanted. It's super clean in the salon as well. A big plus is they will accept cashapp for tips for someone like me who never carries cash with them. Definitely my new regular salon.

My 2 daughters and I went here for the first. We felt like the Mani and Pedi's were exceptional, they provide got messages and hot rocks. They did an awesome job with our dip nails too. They didn't pry our old nails off like some salons. They soaked them off. They Really took their time with their services. They definitely exceeded our expectations. We will return again.

Beyond unimpressed with the manager and the manager alone, here. I am a mom of 3 girls and we go get our nails done together- Regularly. Upon my suspicions I asked if she was a mother to which she said no. I was easily able to guess that while she was sizing up my kids (who behaved wonderfully btw) comparing their sizes to trying to talk me out of letting my almost 3yr old get her nails painted. After the THIRD time of telling her I wanted her nails painted she finally shut up. Im sorry but your job is to take my money and paint nails not give me advice on who you think is worthy of getting their nails painted! Not to mention she was super slow. Being a manager you'd think she would have been fast and good. I wanted a mani, pedi and eyebrows done but she was so slow I only had time to do a mani bc my oldest daughter and other daughters were already done with their mani/ pedis by the time I got my mani done. I spent $230 there. The nails were fine- The attitude from the manager was not. Hopefully the owner sees this!

I loved my time here and my nails! I came with my 4 month old and they were so kind and patient. Van even helped by rocking my baby as he whined and my nails were under the UV lamp! This is the first time I’ve left any nail salon coming to take off a full set and leaving with my natural nails in LOVE! Thank you Sunrise Nails and Van 🫶🏽
