Ooh La La Nail Spa

It was my first time visiting this salon, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is that of a higher end establishment, but you have to make an app since it’s smaller. I’ll be back and will recommend. Currently getting a pedicure, so I’ll update my review soon.

I am thoroughly disappointed with the experience I had at this nail salon. I’ve come here a few times in the past, and I enjoyed my experience. Nails were done well for the most part and the atmosphere is nice, however, today I went in to get my nails done before a big event and to my surprise, there was only ONE tech for a Saturday- expected to service the entire store. When I did end up getting my nails done, I discovered that they didn’t have any topcoat. Why go through with doing and finishing majority of my nails just to reveal you have no topcoat? Who would want their nails unfinished? I understand that things happen, however, when you’re being charged that much for your nails, these things SHOULDN’T happen.

$45 dollars for Gel + $10 dollars tip. I shouldn’t have tipped her that much. Edge is not clean, cuticle is not clean. The girl did not even know how to use chrome powder, I told her it should be rubbing on the surface, instead she tapped on it and make it worse, meanwhile she is saying that: “the chrome powder quality is not good, it’s not staying on the gel.” If you use it in a wrong way, of course it doesn’t stay. My last picture shows exactly after a week, how the gel got peeled off from the first layer. So it’s not my chrome powder’s quality issue(PS: I brought the chrome powder myself). And about the color… it’s another story that how she argued with a client. I believe she is new there, not well practiced. I just don’t feel like going there again.

I had an amazing amazing experience here!! They are experienced, amazing, fun, and friendly. Great atmosphere and great people. Small salon but beautiful. I got my nails done for the first time there and I got poly gel and the way the owner did my nails was perfect! I will be returning soon haha thank you 🩷

I was looking for a nice nail salon based on the reviews because majority of them are no good. I am so happy I followed my intuition and went to Ooh La La Nail Spa. Dian is so wonderful and welcoming. She toke her time to do my pedicure and my manicure ...I absolutely love it. She has me as a loyal customer...If you need a pedicure and manicure don't hesitate, you will not regret coming here. Thank you so much Dian for leaving my manicure and pedicure superb !!! I'm so pleased !!!
