Fancy Nails Salon & Spa

Had an appointment with My who always does a great job but I had to have a different lady because My had something in the back office to deal with or something. I don’t normally leave a bar review but I was upset she was rough and didn’t do a very good job! Not pleased with the service especially paying $57 for a pedicure!

Fancy nails was amazing, caring, reasonable, and produced quality nails. I had a horrible experience at VS Nails and went to Fancy Nails and they saved the day! I couldn’t be more pleased with my nails and will be coming back. Thank you so much for treating me like family and doing a wonderful job! Best pedicure and full set I’ve ever had with taking the time and providing exceptional service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If i could rate negative stars i would. Worst place to go spend your money. I made an appointment for the evening they weren’t busy yet my appointment was so rushed. The man who did my nails rushed when I asked him to make my nails french tip and it looks like a toddler painted them, I had expressed my concerns about the tips not covering my whole nail base and it was brushed off. To top it all off he left glue all over my fingers by the new nails. The nails are uneven and the polish is chipping. The acrylic doesn’t cover my full nail so they are already lifting from all sides in less than a week of having them. Very poor customer service and treatment. Will not be returning to this salon nor recommending. $80 was a rip off.

*UPDATE* So recently I was invited back to have my nails done by the new manager, Joe. I visited twice just so I would know that his work was consistent and I was very pleasantly surprised both visits! The best thing they did was putting Joe in the management position, he has made a lot of changes in the salon and it has a whole different feel when you walk in there! The quality of the work is fabulous! (Posted a pic below) DO NOT LET THE MANAGER DO YOUR NAILS! I had a fill 9 days ago with gel polish, 4 days later one of my nails had a huge bubble which eventually popped leaving holes in the polish all the way to the nail. The other nails were "soft". When I got back from my trip I went in and showed the manager the defective nail polish, once my nails were redone he tried to charge me $25 FOR A NAIL CHANGE! A nail change that shouldn't have been necessary. When I refused payment he argued with me telling me it was my fault then threw a tantrum and told me to pay whatever I wanted. Hello? Not paying anything. I gave the girl a tip and told him I wouldn't be back, he said that was fine. Everytime he has done my nails there is something wrong with them. The other techs are wonderful though. Wow, way to treat a loyal customer.

I used to come here all the time years ago . Joe was my tech. He has since left!! The place has gone down hill!! New girl is miserable, and argues me every damn time . I've never gotten a polish change and then not cut out ingrown areas where it's sore... ( She told me no) WTH... After these gift cards are used I will not come back here .. very sad to see places change and lose business..
