She patiently gave me a couple of cups of water, waited with me, and never once gave up. Thanks to her skill and kindness, she got the blood drawn successfully. This place loves to waste time of their clients. I had read a good number of reviews stating that they have turned away patients because they aren’t “good candidates” for whatever it was they were being seen for, which is a little odd to see in reviews. And if that happens a few times, it’s understandable. But it happened to me as well, and my face is in no way botched or heavily altered. It seems to be a heavy theme at this practice. I’ve seen other great practitioners who have never once told me I would be unfit for any type of aesthetic procedure at all, and that’s what I was told yesterday. I think it’s likely they don’t like to use their injectable products at a discounted price, so if you have a Groupon or any lower cost service, that may be the reason this keeps happening... But then don’t offer discounted services. The practitioner could have offered some other service she felt would fit for me, but that didn’t happen. Instead, she spoke down to me as though I am a child (in my late 30s) and wasted my time. Everyone’s time is valuable, and people take off work and such to make these appointments. And although they refunded my purchase cost, two and a half hours of a busy Thursday wasted for no reason. I’m sure Irina would not have appreciated a client coming in and wasting two and a half hours if she weren’t being paid for it. If you’re going to regularly turn down clients, then ask them to send in photos and what they’re looking to do BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT. Will not be returning, and I advise anyone else not waste their time here either.

Great experience, they had a really great promotion going on for lip filler so I took advantage of that. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and the process was extremely quick. I didn’t feel a thing no pain at all. Its been a little over 2 weeks and the results are great and natural just like I wanted. Would definitely recommend!
