The Queendom Nail & Spa Palace

We had such a wonderful experience at Queendom! My daughter has special needs, and Julia went above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. She explained every step before she did anything, checked in constantly to make sure my daughter was okay, and showed such patience and genuine kindness throughout the entire appointment. Julia even put on one of my daughter’s favorite shows and played Christmas music to make the experience extra special and fun. My daughter’s manicure and pedicure turned out beautiful, but what meant the most was the care and compassion Julia showed. We are so grateful and will definitely be back! Highly recommend Julia at Queendom!

Justina is truly amazing. She was so kind and knowledgeable helping me figure out the best route to take with the goal of having healthy nails again. She went way above and beyond taking her time and making me feel comfortable. She completely transformed my nails.

I have tried a few different “nail salons “ in Berks County The past few months, trying to find a place that not only does good work for an affordable price, but importantly someplace where my nails aren’t going to break off and chip in a week or less because I’m in the nursing industry I’m constantly washing my hands and in a long term care facility most shifts are pretty physically demanding. I found the Queendom on Google and Instagrams, liked the reviews and the pictures I saw of all the different styles of beauty offered at the salon Naquita was very thorough and talked about what I every step of my appointment both pedicure and manicure. I ventured out of my comfort zone and decided to actually try some of more intricate and bold styles I’ve always wanted to try and she did a great job!!!! I will definitely be going back! My photos so not so her work justice trust me, my nails are fire and I have gotten dozens of compliments

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Julia was so friendly and welcoming, and she did an incredible job on my gel overlay. I was able to walk in without an appointment, and the price was very reasonable. The only downside was that the salon was a bit cold, but the quality of the service and Julia's warm personality more than made up for it. I highly recommend this salon and encourage everyone to support Julia as she's new to the area!

Her knowledge, care, and attention to detail have made something that used to be uncomfortable genuinely enjoyable again. On top of that, I can bring her any design, and she either recreates it flawlessly or crafts a unique interpretation that I end up loving even more than the original.
