2025-07-02Asked for gel polish removal only - no dremel. I was asked to sit at table 5. She took my hand and started with the dremel. I asked again for a soak off. She said she needed to take the top layer off first. By the time she was done, my nails are bending. My nails are splitting. They’re suppose to know how much damage this does? .
