Bridget M. is AMAZING. She did my wedding hair and delivered exactly what I envisioned. She truly understands curls and made mine look so beautiful and effortless. She also did my highlights before the wedding and they were absolutely perfect. On top of her talent, Bridget is such a kind, lovely person with the best energy. Everyone adored her, and my friend even wants to travel from upstate New York just to come to this salon because of her. I can’t recommend Bridget enough. 💖

This was my first time coming to this salon and it certainly won’t be my last. Suky did an amazing job with my color and cut. She really listened to what I had to say and asked all the right questions to figure out the right cut and color for me. She also recommended some great products for my hair and showed me how to use some of them. I would highly recommend booking with her! The salon was clean and inviting. Everyone was very nice. I am looking forward to my next time there.

I had the best experience with Brittany Naab at Nicholas Sebastian! She is truly amazing at what she does. My color came out absolutely beautiful, the cut is perfect, and the style was exactly what I wanted. Brittany has such great attention to detail and really takes the time to listen and deliver the look you’re hoping for. On top of her talent, her warm and professional service made the whole experience such a pleasure. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional hair care!

I hate to give the salon this rating because it was a nicely put together salon, and the customer service from the ladies in the front were great. It was the girl who did my hair that I’m giving this rating to. My very first meeting with Dani was very awkward, her conversation starter was asking me a question, I answered it, and she decided to talk about how much she hated my answer. Now because I work in customer service I just don’t think that’s the vibe when trying to conversate with someone. At least in my opinion. I had a very strict budget as well which I discussed with the people who booked my appointment and was given the OK. And she kept trying to add things to the service and I’m all about the selling process but a no is a no, please don’t repeatedly push me to do it if I said no not once, or twice but three times. I loved the cut but the partial highlight was not good. I have had partial highlights since I was 18 (I’m 29 now). I first asked her to bring it to my root, which she didn’t do. It was very nice and light on the top but faded towards the bottom and certain strands. Then, she had barely hit the back of my head, and some spots were very blotchy. Now I took pictures and I brought them to her a second time because I’m all about second chances. But this time she was very off, like she didn’t even want me there kind of vibes. And at the end I had mentioned I wanted to start embracing my wavy natural hair and if she could show me some tips. She then does a curly hair routine on me and my hair looked awful. I do my own routine at home and my hair looks really good and wavy. What she did was so bad my hair was so frizzy and I didn’t even see the waves I went right home and tried to fix it. She promised me she knew everything about wavy hair. But there’s a huge difference in wavy and curly. I was hoping for some professional advice but I just learned what NOT to do. It was just a very bad experience and that sucks because it was a very nice place. Very bad customer service on her part.

A few co-workers suggested I come here, and I'm happy to say I will be coming back! Dani did a lovely job with my hair. She ensured we were on the same page about what type of cut I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. I also enjoyed our conversation, which is a plus! The ladies at the front desk were helpful and sweet.
