New Nail Pampering Parlour

Update: I was told my hero nails would last weeks and that they were hard to chip which is why it's so expensive. Well I'm here to tell you the gel nails on my fingers chipped in 4 days and that's before the regular nail polish on my feet chipped. Do not waste your money on their expensive feel polish. No way is $35 worth 4 days of unchipped nails. See picture below This nail salon does give a pampered feeling but for the price I think I'd rather go somewhere cheaper. At first I thought that maybe it's been so long since I'd had my nails done that maybe this is what it cost now but after speaking with a friend I paid way more than she does to have more done. I do like how this place gives mini massages with your purchase but I don't think it quite justifies the price. The quality of my nails are average I'd say. My spa pedicure was very nice and you do get to sit in a massage chair the whole time. I will give the salon credit for seeming very clean and orderly. I feel like they played Taylor Swift on repeat the whole time I was there. I would have rather there been silence. Please change up your music

May is the absolute best nail tech at the nail salon 💗 I’ve never been happier than I am not that I’ve found this salon! Everyone is so friendly and remembers you when you walk in and I always feel welcomed! I’ve never had a salon do better nail art than here, and I’ve moved around a lot. I never miss my two week appointment and refer all my friends and family here! Book your appointments here and ask for May; she’s incredible!

I had a very disappointing visit to New Nail Pampering Parlour. The staff was unkind and had a rude attitude throughout my appointment. There was no effort to make me feel comfortable or even acknowledged just cold and unprofessional behavior from start to finish. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, and it really shows. With so many friendlier, more welcoming salons out there, I won’t be coming back to New Nail Pampering Parlour.

I’ve been here a few times and have always been very happy with the results! My nails always turn out looking like the reference photos I bring in. Everyone there has always taken time to make sure they’re done well, not rushing. I wish I had more picture examples, they really do a beautiful job and listen to what I’m requesting.

WOW. I went to this place on a whim based on reviews and I’m so glad I did! I wanted an almond shape and the technician spent so much attention to detail making sure they looked perfect. I also tried chrome for the first time which came out amazing. While your nails are drying you get a 2 minute neck and back massage and I honestly wish it was an hour lol I would 100% recommend this salon.
