Beautiful location; every person I met was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. Freddy was very empathetic and absolutely nailed my platinum blonde. He even managed to correct some banding, which is no easy feat. Overall a great spot with wonderful humans!! I’ll definitely be back!

I used to think of Luxe as one of the nicer places in Lancaster to get a haircut, however I guess that was 10 years ago now and things have changed. I went in for a haircut and came home with a big chunk longer than the rest. Then when I went back for them to fix it, the stylist said she needed to redo the entire cut (I thought she could just clip where the other guy missed), however she never asked me what I wanted and took off a ton of length AND added in very blunt, choppy layers. It was horrible. I had (and like) a rounded shape and she said at the end of the cut, "Look at perfectly straight across it is now!" They refunded me for the cut, however I will be working on reshaping this for a long time. They offered me a free cut, which I will not be redeeming, and unfortunately I couldn't use a credit toward a massage or something.

Gracie has been my massage therapist 2 times so far. By far the best massage I have ever had. Very thorough and with perfect pressure. The atmosphere at there new location is great and very relaxing. The bed is heated which is so comforting and the ethereal music is as well. I definitely will be back.

I was struggling with a migraine for 2 days and needed some serious neck, shoulder, and upper back relief. I went to Luxe for a deep tissue massage with V, and I couldn’t be happier with how I felt after. My upper body feels so much better, which helped my migraine subside. 🙌🏻 I will definitely be going back to see her! Can’t recommend her magical hands enough!

The new location is truly lovely, and Gracie is an outstanding massage therapist! I have had two successive sessions with her and she has helped relieve my shoulder and neck tension so much.
