Friendly atmosphere and top notch nails. I have been coming to Top Nails for years and always enjoy my experience. Ken, the manager/owner is friendly and always patient as I try to select my color. 😝 The team of technicians is awesome and all do a wonderful job. I have never had a long wait. The team works efficiently and professionally and Ken makes sure that customers are not waiting long. His process is a well-oiled machine. One time I didn’t like the way the polish looked and Ken made sure it was fixed and I left satisfied. I always recommend Top Nails to anyone who asks.

Had an amazing experience here. Walked in and they took me right away. They did an incredible job. Hand paraffin wax for free which is great,Would recommend!

I decided to try this place as a walk-in today. With my son. The lady who did my son’s pedicure, did a great job. She was very kind and sweet to him. As I was trying to get my pedicure with the gel polish, the lady was doing a terrible job and I was trying to politely ask her to put a second coat on because that’s very standard… she was refusing to insisting that the topcoat was fine. It looked like a mess. It was sloppy, see-through and bubbly, the edges all uneven. So I asked her kindly to just take the polish off and leave it as is. Several people walked over to try to convince me to try a different color at this point I was ready to go so I just asked that they please just remove the polish, so I can pay and let me leave please. This clearly upset her so she started flinging the toe separator foam at my legs. Shoving my legs away from her. And talking to the other nail techs as she begins roughly scraping off the gel polish that she just put on and burning the edges of my toes with the tools. And got beyond aggravated when I requested that she slow down?! This was seriously so unprofessional and unnecessary. Mind you, she cut the nails and shaped them round and they looked HORRIBLE. please avoid this place

Came in today for the first time had an appointment at 11. I was taking right back. candy Did both my manicure and pedicure. She was very pleasant and thorough. I will absolutely be back. This is going to be my new spot. Very quiet place I appreciate that they have signs to keep your phone calls to a minimum. Nothing worse than going for a pedicure when someone’s talking on the phone loudly next to you. Kudos Top nails.
