Lotus Nail

I've been going to this place for over a year and I absolutely loved it. Went in today for a new acrylic set and had the worst experience. I was charged $90 to have the acrylic ripped off my natural nail. It was a simple design. Black with a chrome French tip. Took 3 hours. I was emailed a 20% off coupon and was told I could not use it. I used to love this place, but apparently the prices have gone way up and the new employees just arent capable of designs that require more than just a solid color. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to lotus. I was going in 2x a month for a refill, but I'll be going someplace else next time. Update: literally a few hours later, the chrome started chipping

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Lotus Nail. The polish on my toes started coming off the very next day, which was frustrating. On top of that, they didn’t really take the time to properly clean or scrub my feet during the pedicure..it felt rushed and not as thorough as it should’ve been. The staff were polite, but the overall quality just wasn’t there. I really expected better for the price, and I’m hoping they improve their technique and attention to detail.

2 stars… only because out of all of their techs only 2 should be doing nails. It’s hit or miss how they turn out. Last time they were uneven she only filed one side of each nail so they were all crooked… she didn’t clean up the acrylic that ends up on the underside of your nails… even after I asked. Walked out of there after spending 200$ on my daughter and I completely pissed! Tried to walk in yesterday. They were busy! Took appointments then made them sit 30+ minutes to be seen… it’s a chaotic mess in that place!

Lady was so gentle on my very damaged nail and didn’t look at me like I had multiple heads when asking for a design. I love my nails so much and they weren’t expensive 10/10 recommend
