Lotux Nails & Spa

I had the worst experience here today. I have visited this salon a few times. I was hoping to make it my regular place. But I will never return or suggest anyone go to this place after today. I brought my aunt and my sister in law here to get manicures and pedicures. The total came to over 200 dollars. Before paying my aunt asked to see what she was being charged. The owner refused and began yelling that we will get a receipt after we pay. We explained that we would pay but we wanted to see what we were paying for. She refused and continued to yell at us. Mind you we didn't raise our voices at all. That is when her husband came over and told us to just sign. Again we still have not seen what we paid for. My aunt did sign and the owner with a very nasty tone shoved the receipt in her face. I was appalled and embarrassed that I brought someone here. Their son however was very kind and a wonderful young man and I wish him the best.

Usually I go to another salon but I could not get an appointment to save my life, so I booked at Lotux. Ended up having a great experience, got a pedicure with gel and an acrylic fill. Prices were comparable to other nail salons, staff was super friendly and thorough, my pedicure felt amazing and I fell asleep in the massage chair until my phone rang and woke me up. Salon was clean, techs did a fantastic job. I would absolutely book here again.

I went in for the first time today, after a very long time without a cute set of nails. Val was my nail tech and she was super amazing! She was funny and sweet, and we had a great chat. Her work was also excellent! I liked that she went back and started again or made minor adjustments if she wasn't absolutely satisfied with the design, and I appreciated that a lot! It felt like she was making a real effort to make me feel comfortable and fabulous! Overall, the vibes were very nice. All the techs were friendly, and I could they were all supportive of each other which was just nice to see! I had a wonderful time and I can't wait to go back. I'm so happy with the end result and I couldn't have asked for a better tech. And did I mention the prices were amazing for the work? I usually am paying close to 75 on full sets, especially when they're fresh and not a refill. The total came out to 55! Excellent place! Please tip well, too. Everyone here works hard and deserves the recognition !

I love Peter and Lisa. They are great nail technicians. I’ve tried other places, but I always come back to them. They do a really great job there and they’re very friendly.

I had the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time and Lisa the woman who did my nails did a beautiful job. I had old acrylic soaked off and a full new set done.
