I just got my long hair cut short today! Jenn was my stylist and she was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable she knew exactly what I wanted and gave me that cut! She explained what and why she was doing as she worked on my hair. Very nice friendly atmosphere all around! I highly recommend M&M salon! Thank you!

I had been a long-time customer here. Emphasis on HAD! (Skip down to paragraph 2 for the complaint.) M & M is close to work and convenient for a cut on my break. That brings me to the Evening of 11/29/23... Google hours have not been updated, and it is posted that M & M closes at 9PM Wednesdays. That is actually irrelevant, but the Wednesday closing time posted on their door is now 7PM Wednesday's. I arrived in the parking lot at exactly 6:35PM on Wednesday 11/29/23. As I was sitting in my car... Someone came over to the door, looked out, saw my headlights, AND SHUT THE OUTSIDE LIGHT & OPEN SIGN OUT ON ME. I am not going to get into why and how this was not professional. The act speaks for itself. I simply traveled two miles down the street and had a genuinely nice cut with friendly, professional service. That is where I will KEEP going.

I stopped the day before Thanksgiving thinking my turkey was cooked! I hadn't had a haircut for probably 6 months. Anyhow, it was my first time there and Shannon was my stylist. She was so patient with me as I only had half an idea. She kept going until she had what I wanted and it didn't talk long before I was thrilled. I recommend M & M and Shannon. I'll definitely be back.

The beautiful lady who waxed my eyebrows was fantastic!! She was efficient and spent some actual time getting my brows right. It was a breath of fresh air compared to some places that just rip and expect a tip. I will go again!! Can't wait to get my hair cut so I can get the full experience!!

I went for a blow out because my hair is curly and frizzy. I talk with the stylist that claimed she went to school just for the blow outs, she explained to me that they had 2 options one would work in your hair for about a month and the other one would last in your hair for 6 months. I chose the 6 month application I also had my hair trimmed and she recommended a bottle of shampoo that I bought even though the shampoo said for color treated hair ( I have never had my hair dyed in my life) but she's the "professional"!!! So everything is finished and I go to pay and the total cost was $350....ik Wow 😳 but I paid and figured hey if this keeps my hair from frizzing for 6 months it's worth it, even if it would work for 3 months to me it's worth it. I was told don't wash your hair for at least 3 days and if you can wait longer wait as long as you can so I waited a whole week before washing my hair ( yuck ik but it was a lot of money and I wanted it to work ) so for the first 3 weeks amazing I could not believe it. I was out in the rain, I went swimming, it was super humid and no friz at all I was so happy. Then the fourth week comes around and I start getting a little friz I'm using the shampoo only washing my hair twice a week why is it frizzing? I was so upset after that it just got worse and worse now my hair is very frizzy when I use my flat iron on it it makes my hair look almost dead and when I let it dry naturally with some product in it it's just frizzy flat curls. I will never go back to this salon again it's the absolute worst it also smelled like animals inside of the building. I will continue to tell anyone that will listen to not go to this salon way to high priced and the lady just had no idea what she was doing.
