2025-06-15Went to take my daughter to get her nails done. Pedicure was ok but the Acrylic nails a mess can’t even do a simple nail design that was shown to her then gives me a price. When she finished up and is ready to polish tells me she ain’t got pink sparkle like the picture like really if you couldn’t do it let ur customers know that I had to come back for her to fix this mess because I was not happy with the work that was done this was nothing like the pic and didn’t even try. I won’t ever go back after that. Here’s a pic before and what we got redone

2023-02-19My regular salon is currently going through renovations so I had to find somewhere temporary. This place had good, recent reviews. I went in I just wanted basic coffin with black polish. I already had the coffin shape. I don't know what this shape is but its bulky and just not appealing in anyway. And they left me with globs of wet polish UNDER my nails. I went and bought a 100 grit nail file and a bottle of black polish and reshaped them myself. I paid $60 with tip to just have to do it myself. I will be finding another new place until my guys are back.

2024-07-15Went in for a last minute gel set - the tech tried to talk me out of gel for like five minutes and then tried to file off my old polish after I told her it wasn’t gel or dip. Then she got gel all over my cuticles and just filed it off when I nicely asked her to fix it twice. Left looking like this… not going to be going back.

2022-01-24Love love love their service! Almost never a wait and if you make an appointment they’re usually always on time. Sue and Jade are my favorite, they can mimic any picture You show them, and it always looks just as good sometimes even better!
