The Spa At The Hotel Hershey

AMAZING!!! I have been here twice now. The first time with a group and the second as a treat for myself. The Spa staff is always delightful, polite, and considerate. I was placed in a newly renovated locker room that was sleek, clean, and had anything I could need (feminine products, brushes, hair dryer, and more). The hydrotherapy soak and facial I received was top notch. I have never felt so relaxed as I have after a day at this spa. The waiting rooms between treatments (quiet rooms, aroma therapy rooms, and more) had endless hot cocoa (only the best from Hershey), coffee, tea, flavored water, Hershey kisses, muffins, and fruit. The seating was comfortable and plentiful. The rooms provided the perfect environment to gather with group members between treatments or read a nice book/meditate and relax if you're alone. Don't forget to take advantage of the amenities! Although my treatments were not scheduled until early afternoon, I arrived at 9am and used the fitness center and floated in the indoor pool. They are extremely accommodating to groups and scheduled our party perfectly. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend trying The Spa at The Hotel Hershey.

I love that I get to utilize the full spa once I have my services set. So many different options to choose from. Steam room, quiet room, aroma therapy room, whisper room, pool and whirpool hot tub! Such an awesome all day experience!

The services for the massage and nails were exceptional. The meals were excellent and timely. Bartender in side restaurant insisted upon taking my credit card for each drink or appetizer ordered rather than keeping an open tab. She was dismissive and failed to put in our food order because she said she needed to swipe the same card for third time. She was rude about it and we never did get our food so we left. Other than that service was top notch.

First massage was not nice at all. It was not done at the hotel. It was then at their subsidiary downtown. However, the massage this time was very nice at the actual hotel. Beautiful settings. Amazing relaxing rooms. A little overpriced if you ask me. Massage was $300 but very nice place. Very Nice staff. Had the Lomi Lomi So you have to be very comfortable with being very minimally draped while being massaged. I am very comfortable with it so it did not bother me but you should be alerted to it if you are going to have this massage and not comfortable with being minimally. Draped. My massage therapist was very professional and very good at his job. Highly recommended if you're looking to just relax on your vacation.
