VIP Nail Bar Washington

I have been going to VIP for a little over 2 years now - this place is amazing. Talented, kind and welcoming staff! Lee is great and has always provided such an awesome atmosphere for myself and my family who come in. Recently my sister had her first homecoming and my mom, sister, grandmother and I all got our nails done. Everyone was satisfied - feels like a family when we go into VIP. Pictured are my nails from today and my sisters homecoming nails! All I got to say is the NAIL it every time :)

This was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. First, the man doing my nails was very clearly unqualified. He didn’t touch my cuticles beforehand. Just started putting builder gel on my nails the whole way up to the cuticle which means peeling. They used Amazon hard gel products like IBD and ORLY. This is supposed to be a professional salon with quality products. After he finished painting my nails, I asked about cuticles. He started to literally chop the sides of my cuticles off, and filed the sides of my nails AFTER POLISH. The owner Lee stepped in and offered to “fix it”. While Lee was very nice, the manicure itself was trash. See example below of the non-existent apex. My nails peeled off in TWO days which is completely unacceptable for a 50$ manicure. When I came back in to request a refund, Lee did refund me 20$ after arguing with me about it for 20 minutes. Honestly this was the worst salon experience ever. There are 100 nail salons in Washington, please go elsewhere.

Lee is always so welcoming and kind. I will always continue to get my nails done at VIP NAIL BAR so long as Lee is there to continuously make people feel welcomed and comfortable and well taken care of. I just recently had my nails and a pedicure done by Chris, who has never done my nails before. I left happier than I ever have from any nail salon ever in my life! I described my vision and he nailed it!

VIP Nail Bar is ONE of a KIND! 💅🩷💅 Lee knows his customers by name and offers tea,coffee & cold refreshments free of charge, so nice! Their prices also are better than the rest as well! Lee walked us to the car today with an umbrella because it was pouring down rain! Thanks Lee for making a difference in the community with your kindness!

Love! Lee is always so welcoming and ensures you’re comfortable. Checks in multiple times and does whatever he can for you. I think Chris was the one who did my nails this time.. So kind — easy to talk to and good at what he does. I had Don multiple times previously (Just as nice and also so good!)
