Went here to get a mani & pedi. The pedicure wasn’t bad, they don’t shape precise on if you’re into crisp square toenails. Manicure was terrible. I asked for my nail to be square with the sides curved slight and they did not do what I asked properly and charged me to shape my natural nail. In the pictures you can see I got charged for “coffin” style nails which I did not receive. I always get this style and never had such difficulty. The lady who did the manicure was friendly.

I've only been to La Vita twice now, and I already know this is where I'll be going for every manicure from now on. Each visit, I felt welcomed by the staff and well taken care of. Specifically, Bella and Yumi worked on my nails and they knocked it out of the park both times. Beautiful work, and so efficient. I love my current set so much, and it's exactly what I wanted. 10/10 on everything! ♡♡♡

The place is clean and the people are friendly. They really do a great job on my pedicure, manicure and dip powder. My biggest issue is appointments. Twice I’ve made an appointment with Bella, who by the way is great, when I get there on time Bella has a person at her table. The first time I had to wait 45 minutes and the second time they wanted me to come back in an hour or wait. I couldn’t wait because I had other appointments. There shouldn’t have been anyone at her table when I had a set an appointment that I made the day before. Very disappointing.

Really disappointed on how I was rushed on my pedicure I really wanted the man to clean my cuticles and I got a basic pedicure but asked for my feet not to be ruff I’m leaving with my heals still flaky and hard not at all tended to, I asked for my ingrown nails to be cut and nothing he simply ignored me as more people walked in and I never had a 10 minute pedicure in my life! He was ruff he hurt my knee which I said I had recent surgery he man handled me I haven’t been back since the last time they made me bleed I respectfully will go to pro nail spa for now on by giants where they treat you with much better respect and don’t rush you. I didn’t get a massage the hot towel was to wipe off the water and that’s all nothing like the menu said at all. I’m sitting drying my nails longer than he took to do a pedicure which my 8 year old kid does better! I will be going home to finish smoothing out my feet.
