Signature Spa At Doylestown

One star is too kind to give this salon. I arrived for my spa pedicure appointment with excitement, as I was splurging before my Daughter’s wedding on Saturday… I was looking forward to relaxing… I’ve been to the salon previously… I was the first apptm of the day… The water in the basin was frigid because the woman filled the basin with ice cold water… It was a very distasteful experience from the get-go because the owner of the salon had a knock-down verbal fight with one of her workers or colleagues… There was screaming and shouting, with animation, for a straight 45 minutes… There were 5 customers in the salon while the fighting went on… 3 of us were having pedicures… Around the 30 minute mark, I politely said “Excuse me… It’s not very relaxing listening to your fighting and yelling… Not to mention it is inappropriate…”. The owner and the employee acknowledged what I said and turned to each other to continue the verbal battle… I never experienced such chaos and turmoil at a nail salon… What was supposed to be an enjoyable experience, was quite upsetting… Total lack of courtesy, politeness, professionalism and absolute disregard for the customers… There’s a time and place for such things… The customers in the salon kept looking at each other and shaking their heads in disbelief… It was quite unreal… No doubt some customers won’t be back… I would like to say that the other employees in the salon were apologizing to their customers for what everyone was experiencing… It wasn’t their fault… They were mortified and embarrassed…

I’ve been coming to this nail salon every month with my daughter and we absolutely love it! Tracy is my go-to nail tech and always gets my nails looking perfect. The salon is clean, relaxing, and everyone is so welcoming. It’s become a special little ritual for us and we look forward to it every time. Highly recommend!

Love this salon. I’ve been coming to Signature Nails since 2021. I have never had a bad experience. I started with Leann and now see Anna. The salon is very clean and comfortable and all the staff is very friendly. I feel you get personalized service. Anna knows just what I like. Tammy always welcomes you upon arrival. JoAnn

Brought three preteen girls in for a Birthday spa day! They had a great time and their nails look AMAZING! The salon is clean and spacious and had plenty of space for me to wait for them! Everyone was so kind. They all got custom designs and they came out fabulous!! Will definitely be back!!!

I love getting my nails done here regularly. It is a nice relaxing break from my day. Thi makes my nails look so pretty, and Tiffany and the business are always so kind ad flexible with my schedule. This is the best place I have found in Bucks County.
