2022-09-29Lisa did my nails and My Nails were atrocious. Didn’t file any of them evenly, acrylic is also different sizes and shapes. My nails are different lengths. Took over an hour. I had to ask repeatedly to cut them shorter. She only did one layer of matte and it looks absolutely awful. She didn’t even push back my cuticles, and the acryclic didn’t even reach the bottom of my nails.not to mention my nails are wayyyy to thick and she left the acrylic behind my nails. None of the tools were cleaned. I could see other peoples skin when she was cutting my cuticles on my toes. Very uncleanly, don’t reccomend

2022-01-28I haven’t gotten my nails done in years. I decided to go here because it had the best reviews in my area and I needed a self care day. The two women who worked on my pedicure and manicure were super nice. The massages never last as long as I’d like, but i was still taken care of. Anna did a great job on my pedicure and Hoa did exactly what I asked for on my nails. I asked for an almond shape because a Google search told me that was what it’s called. Another woman there, Lisa, seemed to be ridiculing Hoa saying my nails are not almond shaped. Hoa asked me, her customer, if the shape was ok and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I wear a lot of black, it’s just what I like. But Lisa kept making sarcastic comments to me and Hoa like, “oh yellow!” And just seemed to be picking on Hoa. I wanted a simple set of almond shaped nails and Hoa did exactly that. I just didn’t appreciate her coworker giving me and her a hard time about the service. I am satisfied with my nails and any small imperfection isn’t that noticeable. Long story short, I got what I wanted, they aren’t perfect, and Lisa’s comments were unappreciated.
