CC Nail Spa

I just to moved to the area and visited this nail salon. This was my 3rd time here, absolutely loved it and it’s so hard to find good salons. Never had an issue until today ( which they made right once I spoke up ) I just sat down with my fresh iced coffee and a worker knocked it over completely spilling the entire drink. He said sorry and cleaned it off the floor. After about 15 mins I told my tech that I was going next door to buy myself another coffee. No one offered to pay or to grab it for me ( I’m not entitled but I already bought it and took my time and there was no one else in the salon at the time. ) I came back finished my nails ( my tech was amazing!!!!!!) going to pay and wanted to charge me a 3% CC fee which normally I don’t mind but since I had to buy myself 2 coffees I asked them to not charge me for the fee. The woman at the front desk was truly kind, took off the coffee fee and a few more dollars to “cover” the 3% fee. ( yes, I still tipped my tech, like I said he did amazing ) Their customer service was great but only 3 stars because they didn’t offer, I had to ask, which I don’t think I should have too especially now since the salon has more people in it and made me feel awkward. But in the end they made it right!

CC Nails is hands down the best! Every visit is such a great experience — they do amazing work every single time. The prices are super reasonable, and I always leave feeling so happy with my nails. Jackie is incredible! He’s so talented and detail-oriented, and my nails always come out perfect when he does them. I absolutely love this place and won’t go anywhere else! Obsessed with them 🥰🥰🥰🥰

A birthday gift for my 10-year-old daughter — a manicure and pedicure experience. She was very excited and happy! The manager’s skills were excellent, and the design turned out beautifully. My little girl was very satisfied. The salon had a lovely environment, and all the staff were very friendly.

This is after 4 days. I got them done Friday afternoon, it’s currently Monday afternoon. I understand some damage but ??? It started chipping the same day. And they didn’t trim my cuticles. If that was a separate service, I wasn’t told. She just immediately started applying acrylic after drilling/filing and trimming my nails. I was going to go back for a pedicure and to get this fixed before my event but decided against it, and I didn’t even really have time to anyway. Just wish it came out right the first time. The place is clean, staff is friendly, but I won’t be back since it started chipping the same day.

My sister and I came here today as walk-ins and were blown away with how wonderful it was! Winnie greeted us so kindly at the front and was super helpful with my questions. She then gave me a builder gel manicure with cat eye polish that I’m obsessed with. She was very attentive and gentle with the manicure, tending to my cuticles and shaping my nails so well. Everyone in the salon was so kind — the space is extremely clean and very inviting. Will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend if you’re in Lehigh Valley! ❤️
