UPDATE: I emailed them and no response from them. They stole $250 out of my pocket. Do not go to this place! Save your time for somewhere else! We communicated through Instagram because I’m Deaf, but she didn’t follow what I asked for. I even sent her reference photos showing exactly what I wanted—including blonde highlights. I clearly mentioned that I wanted the blonde to show, but now the back has no highlights at all—it looks plain and boring. I also specifically told her I wanted the root hair color to go all the way down and match my natural hair color. Instead, she chose a color based on my previous dyed hair, not my natural shade. On top of that, she was chatting with her coworker during the appointment and ended up missing some areas that needed trimming. I’m really unhappy with the result. That’s $250 down the drain. I’m so heartbroken.

I can’t even express the joy I saw today as my 88 year old mother in law had her very first manicure! Meghan was so gentle with her and super accommodating since my MIL is in a wheelchair. She even added a little bunny design to mimic our house bunny that my MIL so loves. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon.

I've been coming to Virtual Essence for the last 16 years and Stephanie has been my stylist since day 1. She knows my hair and always takes the time to listen to my needs and make recommendations. Stephanie is the best stylist I've ever had and from highlights to cut, my hair always looks amazing! I'd recommend this salon to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I got my hair done by Kendall and had a pretty bad experience. I have thinning hair and she was extremely rough with brushing and washing. Even after I told her multiple times my hair is thinning she still continued to take no care in brushing. I asked for forest green hair and she used TikTok as a guide for hair color formulas. The outcome wasn’t even what I wanted. I am extremely upset that I didn’t get the outcome I’d hope for after spending $378. She also did not strand test for bleach or color which she stated she would do with the color. She also bleached way higher than where I had wanted but because she did no strand test I didn’t get a say. In the end, when in the salon my hair looked much darker but in the sun it shows up as a grass green, but again no strand test to verify I wanted that color. When we were done I liked it in the mirror but when I actually saw my hair in the sunlight, it was not what I wanted.
