I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at the nail lounge! I just moved here- first time! The atmosphere is so clean, cozy, and relaxing. The staff is all so warm and kind and helpful and patient. I had an eyebrow wax first, my tech was super detail oriented and took her time. I loved my brows they looked SO good. Next, I wanted a gel X full set. I’ve been getting acrylic and gel X tips for MANY years. I am very very particular! :) I told my tech that I had just moved and my nails were in really bad shape. They were splitting and cracked and I wanted to cover and protect them. She was so knowledgeable about how to best care for and help my nails heal, she (correctly!!) suggested I hold off on tips and do builder gel instead. Next, I asked for a manicure because my cuticles were in really bad shape. She gave me the best Russian manicure of my life. My cuticles have never looked this good! If you get your nails done frequently, you KNOW how insanely difficult it is to find a salon that you feel comfortable and confident to return to. Throughout my nail treatment, my tech pointed out where others had overfilled and took extra care when doing necessary filing. If I wanted something different, she didn’t make me feel bad or weird for asking!! It’s fairly common to be accidentally hurt even just once during a nail service, but my tech was perfect and took her time and didn’t hurt me a single time. All services took about 2.5 hours but were WORTH IT!! There’s an early bird special too, so I got 10% off!! Look at these gorgeous nails! I will be back asap- 20/10 experience thank you so much!

I’m always very honest with my reviews. I’ve been coming here since the beginning of the year and my experiences had been great. Until the beginning of this month when I was attended by someone new. I felt rushed, my nails were not even and the acrylic could’ve been filed better than they were. Although, my experience before today wasn’t the best I decided to come back because of how good the other nail technicians are. I also made sure to speak to the front lady about my previous service and expressed that I was going to address my concerns immediately but decided to hold off until my next visit. She handled it very well and I was helped and told that the person who did my nails was no longer with them and they’ve had others come forward about concerns as well. To me this is very valued since it shows that their customers are their priority. Kim, the nail technician that took care of me today did wonderful! She met my expectations and I was well taken care of. Overall I recommend this nail spot for everyone! It’s the best one I’ve encountered in this county.

I had a great experience getting a gel extensions full set with Dorrina! She was so sweet and easy to talk to, and she really paid attention to detail. I loved her suggestion to add a design to one nail, and it turned out so cute. My nails look amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I love everything about this nail lounge from the customer service and atmosphere to the hard work from each worker. I have family in this area so when I visit them, it’s a MUST that I get my nails done at this lounge. Every time I come it’s a 10/10 experience. I’m especially grateful for Destiny at the front desk, Dorine, Helen, and Terisa for their amazing service!! I can’t wait to come back :)
