2025-08-14I arrived to find my 10:15 am hair appointment was canceled because they did not have enough staff in the morning. I presume some of the students did not make it in. I had received a voicemail at 9:49 unfortunately, I was on my way to The Beauty Institute and because I just had knee surgery. I had to walk with a cane and it took me a while to get to the studio, but the manager was able to accommodate me as long as I could wait a little bit and she would find me somebody to cut my hair. Mara cut my hair and she did an incredible job. I absolutely love what she did. The cut was great. Her blowdry was great and I just think that the students at The Beauty Institute are phenomenal. Additionally, their managers and this one particular manager Alana was incredible as well.

2025-09-26The Beauty Institute of Ambler is a professional, welcoming facility where although students are still learning, they are guided, supervised and well-trained to provide services in a professional yet educational setting. My training esthetician, Catherine, provided a wonderful advanced hour-long facial that rivaled any long-term service/salon experience. She explained the products, each step and my favorite part was the facial/upper neck massage and pressure. It was truly therapeutic & relaxing and I left glowing. Great job Catherine & instructors. I will be back!

From the moment we started, she was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely at ease. I shared a bit about my skin concerns before the appointment, and not only did she listen carefully, but I left with valuable knowledge on how to better care for my skin. Lilli walked me through each step of the process, checking in regularly to make sure I was comfortable. Her technique was both thorough and gentle, with the perfect amount of pressure. She created such a relaxing environment and genuinely cared about my experience from start to finish. It was an incredible appointment, and I will absolutely be returning.
