2025-06-30They ruined my nails and have no idea what they are doing. The woman didn’t even get all of my nail polish off before trying to paint them and did such a horrible job at painting them I asked to have the color removed and I would just leave without polish. The owner then stepped in and rudely buffed my nails to the point that they are down to the beds and scratched all over after I specifically asked to not have them buffed hard.

2025-06-11This is my second time going. I told the owner my nail was hurting and she told me “pain is beauty!!” That was outlandish. I paid an astronomical amount for something that was hurting and my daughter was not pleased as well. I tried to be communicative but was ignored. I wish them well, but I will not be returning. My nails apparat pretty, but bleeding underneath. Not okay.

2025-06-30I stopped in for a gel pedicure on a Sunday afternoon. I did not have an appointment so I expected to wait or possibly be turned away if they were booked. There were two women working who were already doing pedicures. They asked me to pick a color and I was in the chair within a reasonable amount of time. Upon getting to the chair, the water was extremely hot and I had to ask for it to be adjusted twice. They never put any type soaking power or soap in the water. I’m okay with the jets not being turned on but it was plain hot water. My pedicure was rushed, I was not asked or offered any of their pedicure options. A woman came in after me who I’m assuming had an appointment. She was able to pick out the peppermint pedicure, was given the foot block to prop her feet up when needed. The woman continued to rush through my pedicure, barely even used exfoliating scrub. The only half decent job she did was painting my toes but we’ll see how long they hold up. I will definitely never step foot back in there or recommend anyone to go.
