Nail Studio (on Hall Rd. Next to Bestbuy, Used to be inside Lakeside Mall)

I am normally satisfied with their service but Saturday I got a polish change on toes and big toe on right foot is lumpy and pinky toe on left foot polish ill shaped and peeled off. The person at chair # 8 also broke my thumb nail because she pryed with a tool instead of removing gel that was separated from my nail properly. Charged 90.00 services. I am accustomed to paying 50.00 for gel fill in and no extra charge for cat eye polish but my regular nail tech had an emergency so I have been going to Nail Studio as a back up for several years. But Saturday service was a bit disappointing.

My friends and I went to this place to get pedicures. They did a really nice job and everything was pretty clean. On the downside, I asked if they could take off my acrylic nails. (Before coming to the nail salon, I had went on a trip and broke off my middle fingernail. The entire nail was gone.) their removal process, they took off my acrylics with a fake nail tip and I had told them I was in pain multiple times and would barely let me take a break. They never offered to soak them off. I get my nails done pretty often to know what the removal process is like and I have never been in pain like that. After she proceeded to file my nails, even the nail that had no fingernail which was also painful. once again toes pretty good but they really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I’m scared to go back. The man is hi for the pedicure I was happy with but the rest of the people who did the removal I was horribly disappointed

First visit was fine. Second visit I had someone else. My nails had a ‘ring of fire’ from excessive filing, which shouldn’t happen with proper technique. I almost lost my pinky nail due to this.

Tried out this salon today and very disappointed with how my nails look afterwards. What a waste of $85. Everything I wanted to have done she told me she couldn't do (ombre-nope, French-nope, something cute for St Patty's day-nada) I definitely won't be back and will surely NOT recommend this place. Even the water for the pedicure was barely warm, which didn't make my feet feel relaxed at all (cold water doesn't feel good on feet that have arthritis in them, and are constantly cold) Usually getting my nails done makes me happy but not today. Wanted to feel pampered since I had just had surgery the week before.

The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous—modern, clean! It’s the perfect spot to unwind while getting your nails done. Kelly, in particular, is a gem! She’s super efficient and always finishes my nails quickly without compromising on quality. Every time I leave, I’m amazed at how perfect they look! She knows exactly what I want, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Highly recommend Kelly and this beautiful salon if you’re looking for top-notch service and an enjoyable experience!
