2025-11-25The salon was huge and neat with cool modern vibe. I usually call ahead to make an appointment and I always get attended in less than 5-10 mins which is really not bad. The staffs are nice and friendly for the most part. Although once I got treated very rude and that’s the reason for 4 stars. I did my nails today with Jay and he was nice and sweet. I went with basic acrylic and he just did what I wanted in a quick and perfect manner. He is very professional and perfectionist too.

2025-10-10My granddaughter and I had just come in from Pennsylvania and we needed our nails done immediately. They got us right in with the upmost respect and peaceful atmosphere. The selection of colors was impressive. I love sparkly nails and the selection was incredible. It was really hard to choose which one I like the best. So he brought numerous colors over for me to look at.I had the wonderful opportunity to have Zach work on my nails. He was so gentle and so kind. He was a perfectionist. Five stars is not enough for Hope nails. There should be a 10 star review because that's where this place should be. I can't thank everybody enough for making me feel like I was truly at home at ease. Next time in I am in town I will definitely be stopping here. 💯🌹🍀

2025-11-20I saw Van for the first time. They are very knowledgeable in nail supplies and products. I got builder gel for the first time. Van was quick but detailed! I shared my concerns about my natural nail shape and lay, Van made sure my nails are straight and beautiful!! I showed them one inspo photo and they did an exceptional job!!! So happy with my nails!

2025-08-25Love Jay & Hope Nails. Jay is always able to create anything I ask for or freestyle based on the vibe. My best friend and I come to see him every two weeks like clockwork because we’re excited to see him and get a fresh new design! My nails always last and I’ve never had any issues with work quality, Jay is something of a perfectionist! The salon is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a sign to check out Hope Nails, let this be it!! :)
