2025-08-12They run late because they don’t have enough staff or equipment - we had to wait to get our no chip polish applied because the lamp was being used for someone else. That was ridiculous. Worse, my 87 year old mother-in-law had divots in two of her nails after getting her manicure and the girl didn’t want to fix them and made her feel bad for asking them to be fixed. Very unfriendly service. They have you put your feet in a plastic bag in the tub and then they remove the bag full of water after they’re done with the pedicure. The tubs are broken and don’t drain so that’s how they change the water, but there was still dirty water in the tub that the next person will get. I won’t be surprised if I get a fungal infection. Will not be returning.
