Q-NAILS

Mixed review. My niece got a set of acrylics which turned out okay though they didn't last too long before popping off on their own, the young man who did her nails was very kind and catered to the details she wanted. However, the man who did my dip set was rushed, extremely rude, smacking my hands around and was not gentle or kind at all. The finish was thick and lumpy, the color was way different from what I had chosen, but it wasn't a horrible shade so I just left it be, not wanting to have to sit through the process again. The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful answering any questions I had, but overall I would not go back or recommend do to the personal experience I had. I'm just glad my niece was happy.

I’ve tried to give Q nails a chance. Every time I go, I leave feeling like I wasted money. Their quality is horrible, the color options are not good, and their staff is so ungodly rude. Bummer considering how busy they always are. Clearly are not hurting for business, thus they don’t care how they act. Horrible customer service and horrible quality. I do not recommend..

I had an appointment. The nail tech sat me and asked what I wanted. I asked for long almond acrylic nails painted with a design. This was my first time being alone. It felt like the nail techs were talking about me. She knicked one of my fingers and didn't apologize- kinda ignored it. Application was OK. When asked about the design, she keep saying no... No my color choices don't go together. No she can't do a rose. No she can't do neon effect hearts. I settled for marble effect, but no black. Still it doesn't look like marbling. My thumbs look like zebra stripes and the other fingers look blobby. I don't recommend going here. I won't be back. I'm just very disappointed. I feel like I was taken advantage of and not listened to.

This salon was recommended to me by a friend and I was impressed. I got an acrylic fill and the man did a nice job. He was quick but thorough. He did cut my skin a bit & leave polish on my skin but I somewhat expect that nowadays. I also got a pedicure and she did a great job!

Had an amazing experience, got acrylics and a pedicure we got the deluxe and it was amazing! I asked for some light nail are and she did an amazing job 💚 Came back for a Halloween set!! They turned out so good!! Paul did a great job!!
