First time going and I LOVED IT!!!! Usually don’t go out and get nails done (not usually leave reviews) but this place was too amazing not to. From the walking in to doing all services even being squeezed in for 3 for manicures and pedicures it was amazing!! Definitely recommend!

My daughter and I came in for pedicures, we upgraded to the Deluxe and WOW it was so relaxing! It included nail trim, shaping, foot scrub, sugar scrub leg rub along with a lotion massage and hot towels. If I could give it 6 stars I would! Sophie is the woman to book with.

this is why I Stopped going to Nail salons because OTHER Nail salons are always in a rush and I don't wanna spend almost 100 and hate my nails for weeks. I do give decent tip because I respect their work but some tech just does an okay job. Anyway, I got acrylics done today here and I gave my nail tech the benefit of the doubt because she was struggling to do my nails. I told her there were gaps on the side of my nails, which she tried to fix and was nice about it. I also told her that my nails look very THICK, Chunky and UNEVEN but she just tried to file and took excess acrylics off underneath the tips and on the sides so I just gave up and just let her finish the nails because its almost done and I don't wanna sit there for another hour and be rude. Everyone was nice though so I give them credit for that. I'm sorry but I WILL NEVER GO BACK I don't know if you will notice it in the photos but the nails looked crooked and chunky and looked like they had lumps IRL. I also scrubbed the white nail polish on my fingers when I got home because it was everywhere.

The staff here is very friendly and does a great job on my mani and pedi. I never have to wait too long even if I don’t have an appointment. They repair broken natural nails to make your manicure look great each time.

Myself, my daughter and granddaughters went to this shop for a scheduled basic manicure today. I suggested Royal Nails as I had a good experience the last time I was here for a pedicure. From the moment we walked into the shop we were all being pressured to get a gel manicure when all we wanted and asked for was a basic manicure. Once the shop employees realized we were not interested in a gel manicure, they rushed us through the whole process. I had not even sat down or looked at color choices and was asked twice by the technician what color I picked. I felt my nails were quickly done by my technician, not throughly cleaned and my granddaughter did not even get her nails filed, no lotion, nothing and was also rushed to choose a color. My daughter was cut by the technician and opted to not have her manicure after the cut would not stop bleeding. My daughter was told she would not be charged because of this yet when we were being rung up, was then charged. When she said her technician told her no charge, there seemed to be much discussion between the employees in the immediate area about this. Finally they took the one manicure off the bill. We left extremely disappointed. Needless to say, we will not be visiting that salon any longer. I really thought we would’ve gotten the more positive and relaxing experience out of the salon. I gave two stars as the salon is new and clean.
